The apartment was amazing and in a location close to all the main attractions. A little noisy at night on the street but nothing that keeps you from sleeping. Alessia and Andrea are always friendly and helpful. They gave us many recommendations on where and what to eat. Great place to stay in Rome

Fantastic place to stay, and super nice hosts!!

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this apartment, and we highly recommend it. We stayed for one month, and the apartment had everything we needed. The positive points we noticed are as follows: Central location, easily accessible by public transportation. Just two blocks away from the metro (with an elevator). Conveniences nearby: Supermarket, pizzeria, clothing stores, and more right downstairs. Heating: The apartment was always warm. Spacious apartment: Perfect for a family of four or even larger families. Elevator: Very important for us since we had a baby stroller. However, it was unfortunately out of order for 3 out of the 28 days we stayed. Very friendly host: Always quick to respond and assist us with anything we needed. Large balcony with a beautiful view. Thank you again for this amazing stay! If we return to Rome, this will definitely be our first choice.

wonderful place to stay outside rome! 10 min to the tram

Sylvia is very nice and welcoming. She was extremely patient because we had misunderstood the travel time from the airport. The apartment is very nice, nicely renovated. There is nothing missing, shower gels, shampoo, cotton pads… are available. It's perfect when you're traveling light. Sleeping arrangements are comfortable. The neighborhood is pretty calm. The downsides: the location is far from the center of Rome but well served (metro 5-minute walk) The soundproofing of the building

This apartment was quiet and in a great vibrant location. There was 24-hour supermarket nearby and walking distance from Roma Termini station. The restaurants nearby made us feel part of the local community. The neighborhood has a younger feel, but we never felt unsafe during the evenings. Public transport links (trams and buses) are close and you can access almost everywhere from Roma Termini. We would stay here again when we come back to Rome!

Alessandro was very kind, always available for everything, he suggested a fantastic place for my dogs and we had a great time 😊

Vote 9.5/10. I arrived according to my convenience and although Alice did not immediately answer the phone (she called me back after 5 minutes), I knocked on the intercom and her sister came to open it for me. This is the only “flaw” of the stay. The house matches the description, there is a supermarket less than 10 minutes by car, it is quiet and has everything you need to cook. Upon arrival I found a bottle of fresh water in the fridge (I really needed it).

Our stay at Cristiana’s place in Rome was fantastic! The location was perfect, close to public transportation. The apartment itself was lovely—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was amazing and incredibly responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in over 100 Airbnbs and I think Massimiliano and his father are the best hosts we have ever met. They made us feel like family as soon as we met them. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated having a secure place to park our car. The bus stop and train station were easy to reach and it was about a 30 minute ride to get into Rome. The home was just as described and had all the room we needed. We highly recommend staying here and we hope we can come back some day.

The sector is safe and quiet, close to the sea and the beach. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay, if you travel by car it is ideal because you have parking at the front of the house and you quickly go to all the touristy of Rome, Cristina is a very attentive and collaborative host. Such a great location super close to the train station; loved the balcony and all the great art in the space—plus it was so nice to have access to an elevator with our luggage.

Carlo was a great host, welcoming, friendly and communicative. He met us on arrival and patiently answered all our questions. The apartment was fantastic and felt right at home. well equipped and cosy, the flat was an easy 15min walk to the Vatican. Recommendations for restaurant were top notch too. Thank you Carlo!

Our stay at Carmen’s place in Rome was fantastic! She communicated with us clearly and thoroughly before our arrival, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was excellent — a great location, well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like a coffee machine, washer, and a spacious bathroom. Carmen’s attention to detail and care really showed, and we’re so grateful for her effort. We would gladly stay here again!

It was a pleasure staying at Paolo's place. Paolo communicated very well and offered suggestions where to eat etc. The place is clean, in a quiet area yet very close to shops and restaurants. I would gladly stay here again.
