This was the PERFECT place for our family to spend the holidays in Bavaria. We thoroughly enjoyed the home as well as the local sights and shops. This is an EXCELLENT home. We loved it!

Great central place to go on different adventures (skiing, climbing, walking). Very responsive host! We were a family of 5 and another couple. Enough space for everyone and great to have a sauna. Only downside was one bathroom for the 7 of us, but we managed. Would be happy to come back again, thanks Benno!

We were allowed to spend a wonderful week with Tobias in Tschlin and look forward to the next visit! A really great house!

Sasa’s house in Mittenwald, ‘Die Pirbelnuss’, is lovely. Very traditionally Bavarian. All the rooms are clean, a good size and the kitchen is well provided for with appliances. The house is ideally located in the residential area of Mittenwald and within easy walking distance to the local supermarket, restaurants, cafes and bars. We stayed with our family over the New Year period and stood on the balcony at midnight to watch the fantastic local fireworks. There are plenty of local attractions to explore within walking distance; the cable-car to the top of the Karwendel, the Kranzenbeg ski lift, the Leutsach gorge and Austria is only a 20-minute drive away. Sasa is a lovely host. She is very hospitable and most welcoming. She is always available to contact and happy to offer advice to make your stay a special one. We would definitely recommend Mittenwald and Sasa’s house and would love to return one day.

Super house, great and spacious accommodation for large groups, beautiful garden, great surroundings and an extremely nice hostess. Communication was great, always available and very accommodating. We will be happy to come back!

Three-night stay of 12 people (8 adults and 4 small children) in families of friends and family. Great layout of the building that has guaranteed all the amenities for adults and children while maintaining the correct privacy. Warm and well-decorated rooms, kitchen equipped with everything you need, well-equipped outdoor and indoor children's areas, outdoor barbecue, suitable outdoor parking spaces for at least three family SUVs, well organized outdoor garbage collection area department, beautiful dining room typical of Tyrol covered in wood with stove. Great location for groups of families interested in a stay in a typical building with all services (town center, supermarket, etc.) and tourist attractions (spas, sky area, mountain sports) nearby. Sigrid welcomed us extremely warmly. She was always available for us and the cottage is really spotless, very well equipped and very attractively designed. We immediately felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stay. Next time, we'd like to stay a little longer. The bathroom, the well equipped kitchen and the living room with the bluetooth system and the fireplace, the games cellar and the beautiful terrace with grill and existing charcoal were all highlights for us. As well as the delicious cake that was ready for us on the table upon our arrival:) All in all, we would say eleven out of ten stars, we would love to come back and would recommend this place to anyone! The place was clean and cozy, nothing was missing. Nice hosts and especially we would like to mention that the heaters were already turned up when we arrived and we arrived in a warm house, which was very pleasant! We were also able to be relaxed with our dogs as the property is completely fenced. Highly recommended!

Like last time, everything's great. Love the view from the balcony. There is everything you need in the apartment. Cozily furnished. The lake terrace is great. Have often sat there. Shopping in the neighboring village of Krün or Kochel am See. This is our second time staying here and I'm sure we'll be back. Great. Best regards to the dear landlords

We loved our stay at Catherine’s place. The chalet has all the necessary amenities and more, which made our stay enjoyable and easy. Great location just a short walk from one of the ski lifts. Close to the main square and all the main attractions. Our host was proactive with communication and responsive. We would certainly recommend this listing to others. Thank you for hosting us!

Very nice place, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Easy check-in and hassle-free communication with the hostess. Also, place was very clean. Our highlights were the pool and ping pong table in the basement. Only note: If you do not rent an underground parking space, it can be scarce with the parking spaces in front of the house. However, the host informs in advance about the possibility to rent a parking space. All in all a very pleasant stay.

A really wonderful and extremely clean apartment that makes you feel right at home. Really diverse leisure opportunities due to the unlimited cable car rides in summer and the numerous offers such as table tennis room or swimming pool in the building. We were completely satisfied.

The apartment is just a dream! We felt so well taken care of when we arrived, Rainer showed us everything and was always accessible and just incredibly nice. The apartment just has everything you want and we will hopefully come back very soon!

Katja’s place was beautiful and very clean. The room was cozy and comfortable. Great hiking options in the area. She was a great and communicative host.

The apartment was perfect for our family. We enjoyed being an easy twenty minute walk into town or the bus stop is very close. The apartment was spotless with a nice courtyard and private entry. Everyone was friendly. The kitchen was perfect and stocked for making breakfast and small meals. We really enjoyed the gourmet coffee machine. Having the ability to load and unload the car in the driveway was a plus. Street parking was easy to find and not far even with all the snow that just fell (and blocked a lot of the street-side). Highly recommend!

My partner, our dog and I felt very comfortable the days. It was super clean & cozy just as it was described. The fireplace was simply great and provided each room with warmth. We could always reach Selma if we needed anything or just needed tips for good restaurants and nothing was missing. Super fast responses and very nice contact. Our dog enjoyed it as much as we did. Great location, you could retreat for a few days and just enjoy the super beautiful nature. We would have liked to have stayed longer! We'd love to come back

A lovely place to stay with family 🤗

There isn’t a rating high enough for Bjorn, and his place. We experienced an unforeseen maintenance issue, and Bjorn had someone there in 30 minutes to fix it. I don’t know how he did it. The was a perfect for us, and if you have a small one traveling with you, Bjorn’s place will be great for you. Lastly, he is the most responsive host we’ve ever had. If you are going to Garmisch, definitely stay with Bjorn.

Perfect apartment – highly recommended! Had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was just perfect. The apartment was super clean, which made us feel good from the beginning. It's also superbly equipped – there's really nothing missing. The location could not be better: quiet yet central, so everything is easily accessible. Particularly noteworthy are the comfortable beds, which made for relaxing nights. Many thanks to the hosts Helen and Pete for this all-round perfect place to stay. We will definitely be back!

We had a very nice stay in this cozy apartment and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Despite the apartment being small, you can find everything you need, the way it is furnished and equipped is very smart. We had a great time and felt comfortable in Martin’s airbnb flat.
