Beachfront vacation rentals in Laconia

Me and my family had an awesome stay. The house was great with lots of space and places to sleep. We were 8 ppl and there was more than enough room. Garage/game room was awesome I just wish it was insulated with some heat we had to wear our coats to be comfortable, of course the weather was 26F so it was expected. The rest of the house was warm and cozy. I would love to rent this same house in the summer it must be amazing with the view of the lake. One more thing is although there are 2 bathrooms its more like 1 because the second bathroom upstairs has a little door that leads to the room with the 4 beds so the other people not staying in that room didn’t use that bathroom to not get walked in on unexpectedly. Overall I still gave this place 5 stars and it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed and the host is very responsive and accommodating.

I have been there once before. This time I brought my Golden Retriever & Keita welcomed Henry with open arms. Henry never met a cat before so we kept the cats & him separated (which wasn't difficult) since we didn't know how friendly he would be with the cats. It was cold outside this time of year but still a really nice place to take the dog & explore the nature paths around Keita's property. Nice place to stay & would stay there again.

Such a beautiful stay! Highly recommend for families. More than enough space for 6 of us and the kiddos appreciated all the games. Great food recs and only 15 minutes away the center of North Conway for all your shopping ! Both hosts were so attentive and kind and helped us with getting the cozy fireplace started! Would definitely stay again!

Great family venue. Beautiful home that is well maintained and thoughtfully furnished. Had more than normal amenities. Was absolutely great to have indoor pool access to go with it all. The surrounding area is wonderful with so many restaurants and winter activities. We went for the weekend to take the Polar Express and would definitely return in the future.

We spent 2 nights at Ivars and it had everything we needed! Ivars was very proactive with sending over the welcome packet prior to arrival and being flexible with our check in process. Would definitely recommend staying here and if I am ever back in the area I will stay again!

Our stay at the Mountain Home was wonderful. We felt right at home and made a lot of great memories with our 3 grown children and their families. Everything was clean and decorated so nicely. Furniture was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Chastity was very responsive if we had any questions. Highly recommend this Airbnb for a mountain getaway.

Stayed at this condo for 3 nights, my friend and i thoroughly enjoyed the place ! Clean as a whisle. Bed was very confy, bathroom was nice, had a bar in tub for ease of moving around in shower. All in all.. very nice, had everything we needed ! We alerted Mike about difficulty with slider screen and he will have it taken care of. He has my vote and I would definitely stay here again !

Beautiful place! Would definitely stay again! This home is fully equipped for adults and children- the kids loved the sun room! Having multiple bathrooms and laundry accommodations was definitely great! Be sure to fully read the binder upon arrival and be prepared to vacuum to avoid cleaning fees.

What a great little gem! Immediately felt right at home in this cozy cabin by the lake. All the amenities you need, in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, all thoughtfully placed. Host left easy instructions and a little welcome gift - was also incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with (thank you for helping us when we left something behind!) We already can’t wait to come back!

What can I say about this amazing getaway other than, we will be back! Beautiful surroundings right on the lake, with amazing decks and dock on the water. It was great to soak in the peace at this time of the year ( mid November) This house has so much between the hot tub, all the games to play, fishing poles, and tons of cozy blankets you never have to leave. If you are looking for a local restaurant, Wontons was fantastic, we recommend the Seven Lakes Special. All around great spot, and the dogs were so happy with all the sun you get on the porch.

This is an incredibly comfortable and remarkably well equipped lakefront house. Plenty of kitchen supplies and tools to keep the cooks happy, and all of the water gear anyone could ask for. We especially appreciated the large porch overlooking the lake. Close to the busy road (as was described in the listing), but blocked off and made visually private by fencing. Owners incredible, responding almost instantly, warmly, and generously.

We had an awesome time staying at Karen’s house. The view is incredible, the house has everything you need and the surrounding towns have all you could need. Everything was super clean which I personally feel is absolutely necessary. Nothing worse than feeling like you’re sleeping on dirty sheets or sitting on a dirty couch. We are looking forward to going back! Did I mention the view? Impeccable

Nice and cozy cabin! Super responsive host with great touches to the cabin. Didn't get to enjoy the hot tub because it took too much time to get it fully heated and unfortunately weren't at the cabin for several hours leading up to when we wanted to use it but if you have the time to tend to it, I'm sure it's lovely. Fully stocked kitchen which was great for cooking a group meal.

Darryl was great, his place was great. if you're looking for a peace of mind this is the place to go, or don't because I really want it all to myself lol. I'll definitely be back this summer to enjoy his private beach. loved it👌🏿

This Airbnb is an adorable A frame with cute A frame decor. It is pet friendly and provide doggie bags, bowls and toys. We brought our own but it was cool that they provided it. The place was very clean and they provide everything needed for cooking and clean up. The loft is huge and adorable. The neighbors were friendly and it was nice and quiet.

We had an amazing time at the cabin. The sunrises were gorgeous, cooking on the grill, kayaking/paddle boarding, cozy fires, and everything we could have needed! We made such great memories and appreciated you and Matt’s hospitality so much. The cabin was great and so were you guys. We will definitely be back!

My family and I had a great stay at this beautiful home. Everything you would need was provided. Just pack your clothes and toothbrush and you are all set. The house was even better than described, if that’s possible. The layout was perfect for gathering and just catching up. The beds were so comfortable. And the outside was even nicer. Lots of places to sit and relax. The lake was just a step away. Tanis was also very easy to communicate with. You can tell he really cared about our stay. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back!

Perfect spot to unwind. Quiet area and close to the beach. House just as described and was fully stocked. Beautiful patio area. Several owls flying around at night made it quite interesting.

Stayed at Maxwell's property this week with my four older sons. Great getaway location. The property hits with all the cylinders...rustic but clean/modern features, boating/fishing equipment provided, fire pit with plenty of wood, and a gameroom with some fun equipment. It also has basically 3 deck areas, one fully open, one covered but open to lake view, and one closed in by screens. So if weather or insects are an issue, there are options. Maxwell was immediate and friendly with his responses. Great! Highly recommend!
