Excellent! The apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures. Location was easily walkable downtown, with nearby metro stations and an inexpensive parking garage a few blocks away at UQAM. I would be happy to stay here again.

The apartment is very nice, as well as being located in the heart of downtown Montreal, giving access to all activities in the city. We appreciated Mr Omid's quick reactions to our little requests, which made our stay even more pleasant. Just a little wink about the coffee machine that needs to be replaced and post more representative photos of the property.

Great location, right in between 2 metro stops allows you to get anywhere in the city very easily. And the surrounding area itself is central to the city as well. And the place itself is nice and good and chill, great experience all around

The place is very cozy & clean. Communication between the hosts and myself was excellent & prompt Check in instructions were very clear I'd recommend paying the extra $$ for the designated underground parking......street parking is available but not worth the stress (my opinion) If anyone plans on using the sofa bed....DON'T. Not comfortable at all. When I'm in Montreal again I'll definitely stay here!

Wonderful place to stay for a visit to Montréal. Aparment was cozy with all you should need for short or extended stay. Location is excellent, close to Old Montréal and the Notre Dame Basilica, as well as the metro, all within 5-10 minute walks.

Where to start! Sam is one of the most RESPONSIVE PEOPLE in the world, Sam was checking in before, during and all the way after to make sure everything was okay and perfect. Amazing host fr. The place was divine, cozy and full decked up and super accessible located at the center of everything you need at every hour. Really made me feel like it was my home. 10 stars would super recommend and comeback anytime.

Claudia's place was excellent! In addition to Claudia being so responsive to many suggestions for places to eat for first time visitors to Montreal, she was very helpful with describing parking, accommodations and more! Claudia's place is very nicely appointed - clean and not cluttered but offering amenities like games & books & yoga mat & weights & ping pong table for those visiting with a large crowd and kids (which we were not (just 4 adults) but I wanted to note!) It's a fabulous kitchen with all the cutlery and knives and pots etc. if you wanted to cook (which we also did not but wish we had!) with a large dining table and separate dining room. So generous with so many choices of tea! All the Bedrooms/beds/linens/blankets/bathrooms/towels all spotless and inviting and truly a great place with lots of space for many, yet cozy as well! Highly recommend and hope we have a chance to visit again!

Great place! Clean, easy to get into, good neighborhood, easy transport. Right near the bus and metro! Nice TV too, great for watching movies. Highly reccommend.

Highly recommended ! Idris has been one of the best host I have encountered ✨. The house manual made everything easy. He was very hospitable, helpful and responsive. The house was truly unique 👌🏽 and clean👏. Incredible how much amenities his house offers😮 . Indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room, cold plunge, sauna, TV’s in almost all rooms, all 3 bathrooms had bidets, game room, I am sure forgetting many more. Thank you again, I can’t wait to be back in the summer.

We had a wonderful stay at Ryan’s place! The apartment was very clean, the house was very spacious and beautifully decorated, made us feel at home and location was perfect for exploring the city. Ryan and Saif were incredibly responsive to my messages, even late at night and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Montreal and we would be looking to stay at this place again in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay at this home for our Annual Friendsgiving trip! The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and accommodated everyone comfortably. It was absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. Daniela was an outstanding and responsive host, making the experience even better. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend this place—it’s a fantastic choice!
