Vacation rentals in Lac du Missionnaire

This was our third stay in three consecutive years at Frank and Nadia’s beautiful chalet. You can see my previous reviews also on Airbnb. The chalet is huge and beautiful. One of the en suite bedrooms is located on the ground (main) floor and this was great for us travelling with an older family member who has some mobility issues. Saint Michel des Saints is a magical, beautiful, immaculately maintained small town in gorgeous surroundings. The golf course is absolutely stunning and the management so kind and welcoming even if you aren’t pro and don’t have all the right ‘golf wear’ ! Very refreshing from most other golf clubs. We played twice. We also rented a pontoon from the town which was a lovely experience and highly recommended.

We rented the cottage for 3 nights from 21 to 24 December. I had access to the cottage before the agreed time. Very well organized inside and lots of dishes. A variety of board games and Christmas decor. It was very cold that weekend and the water in the shower piping froze. The manager came with a heater to fix the situation. My only downside is that the cottage was difficult to heat up and I suggest a good ptite wool 🙂

Loved my stay! It's the perfect setup for one person or a couple. The fireplace adds a cozy touch and the platform bed is comfortable and romantic, with a beautiful view of the mountain outside the window. The condo is indeed ski in, ski out and if you are a cross country skiier like me, Camp Mercier is a short 30-minute drive away! I will be back! Merci, Audrey!

We loved being able to make an outdoor fire and have a hot tub at the same time. The waterfront and creek views were just beautiful! It's worth a little time to spend a little time there. Thanks to Jolin for being very receptive to our requests and for contacting us quickly to help us.

As a couple from Chicago seeking a break from the chaos of city life, we couldn’t have found a more perfect winter escape than the Phoenix chalet. Having visited Montreal in the summer, we were eager to explore the surrounding area in winter, and this chalet exceeded every expectation. Nestled off the beaten path yet close enough to towns and activities, the chalet struck a perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. Its indoor fireplace and TV made for the coziest nights in, where we curled up with movies after long days of winter activities. The hot tub was an absolute highlight—perfect for unwinding after tranquil walks through the snowy landscape or for enjoying the starry sky in luxurious warmth. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including a fondue pot and raclette grill for fun and unique dinners. Yoann, the host, was incredibly attentive and ensured our stay was seamless and comfortable. Can't wait to return!

Tony's place is one of the BEST chalets we have ever been to. Our experience was nothing short of cozy, relaxing and fun. The location is perfect, not too far outside of Montreal and parking is on street level. Once you enter the chalet you will be greeted with a sense of home, you'll feel a warmth in your soul. We spent the day watching big fluffy snowflakes cover the trees, birds huddle around the bird feeder all while cooking together and playing board games. Tony was super kind, highly communicative and gave us ultimate experience. We loved every minute and can't wait to be back in the summer!

Great spot for a getaway! Beautiful scenery and very peaceful. The place was very well equipped with everything we needed. There was access to a gas station, Uniprix and grocery store just a 13 minute drive away! Very convenient for last minute necessities. Overall great experience, would definitely go back.

Great place, the pictures do not do it justice. Good host, helpful, clean. Honestly nothing really to complain about everything was awesome. Reserve confidently you will not be disappointed.
