Duplex, in the heart of the 11th, 4th floor, 4th floor (no elevator) includes 4 bedrooms + possibility of floor mattresses. Very quiet, overlooking the rooftops of Paris, very sunny, with beams and old tiles. On the ground floor, kitchen and toilet, and upstairs under the roofs (beware of tall people!) , 4 bedrooms, including 1 queen-size master bed, and 3 children's bedrooms. Very lively neighborhood, central, ideal outings and visits. Children's games/books. Mobile air conditioning to be connected to velux/windows.

Right in Paris center in le Marais near Centre Pompidou. Close to everywhere in the city. A very central, quiet & nice retreat after your exploration or day work. I just renovated with natural materials: wood floor, stone Sleeps 4, possible + 1 infant Very quiet, wonderful view on a public park. Fully equipped kitchen, table + nice bathtub. 1 queen bed (160cm) + 1 double (140 cm)+ 1 foldable crib You’ll appreciate my place for its location, views, quietness and the Parisian feel. family friendly

A 10 mn à pied de Roland Garros et du Parc des Princes. Immeuble haussmannien, appartement 6ème étage avec ascenseur. Orientation plein sud avec balcon. Très ensoleillé. 75m2. Parquet ancien, moulures, cheminées. Cuisine ouverte sur séjour, 2 chambres ( 1 grand lit, 2 lits jumeaux dans l’autre), 1 salle de bains avec baignoire, 1 salle d'eau avec lavabo et douche, 2 WC. Équipement bébé. Magasins et restaurants à proximité, lignes de bus et stations de métro à 5 mn à pied.
