Our stay was cut short due to a access card issue from management's side, but the host was very responsive and tried her best to assist us. She also allowed us to stay beyond the checkout hours so that we could transit to our next accommodation . Otherwise , it was a great stay . Very convenient .

i had an amazing stay at Teratak Bestari ! the property exceeded my expectations and made our family gathering unforgettable. the place was well decorated & equipped with everything we needed such as swimming pool for kids, coway, wifi, and complete kitchen utensils. Che ku was incredibly responsive,friendly & helpful. i would definitely stay here again and will highly recommended it to anyone visiting Sepang or planning to have a family gathering ❤️

really nice stay. we were only there for 1 night. only a little confusing if you don't know how the street names work and all that but just ask some locals; we did lol. host was very responsive and had a guy come fix the shower right away once I messaged it wasn't working. really helpful. great stay.

Very private and safe. Fawwaz and Mod Nor made sure we are happy and comfortable during our one month long stay which we really appreciated :) We were only irritated by the loud neighbors who also always parked in front of our place which was inconvenient when we had guests over. The other thing is, service through third parties! We needed the stove gas refilled so Mod Nor sent someone ASAP but the person who came asked for payment as he had no idea we weren't the ones paying. We didn't have cash and he couldn't speak english :(. It was an uncomfortable situation that could've easily been avoided with clear communication. Another time was when we asked if they offered cleaning services and the answer was yes. However, we were sent a bill the day after and had we known it would cost 250 RM, we wouldn't have booked the service (we chose to buy a vacuum day 1 because it wasn't provided and we have a messy toddler lol) Overall, loved the stay. Would recommend and would come back again.

The house is spacious with 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, making it perfect for a group of up to 10 people. We enjoyed the pool table, BBQ pit, and swimming pool (about 4 feet deep), which provided plenty of entertainment and relaxation. The kitchen is well-equipped with a variety of utensils and appliances, and there's even a washing machine for convenience. Easy to access and a great location overall. Will definitely come back!

Lyssa is such a friendly and responsive owner. The house is super clean and feels like home. It’s very spacious, especially the main hall and kitchen. The only small issue was the time it took to fill the pool, but everything else was superb. Thank you so much!

It was really nice place, hosted an event, large space and can fit multiple tents, generous facility provided within the house. tThe only thing that can be improve is the cleanliness of the house as there was alot of dust and litter in hall ~ thank you and definitely will come book again for sure
