This place was great! Room for 10 adults and 3 doggos. Had lots of room for family games and meals all together. Beds could use an upgrade, we all felt the beds were hard! EVERYTHING else was fabulous.

Spent 4 nights at the cottage with a family of 5. Harsh was very responsive to all communication prior/during/post stay. The cottage was well located for those seeking peace and quiet. Hot tub worked well. The cottage was well supplied, we did not lack anything. A nice surprise bottle of wine was offered and appreciated. Internet connection was fast, electric and wood fireplaces add a nice ambiance and warmth to the cottage. Overall, great stay for a family of 5, would fit 6 maximum. Highly recommend for those travelling to the area for some R&R and/or small family getaway in nature.

Friendly and warm chalet with all modern comforts, in a privileged location: direct access to the lake, well oriented for sunsets, jacuzzi on the terrace... In addition, host available and accommodating, detailed and clear instructions provided before check-in and throughout the entire stay. As a bonus, superb vinyl collection to liven up the stay!

Our family of four had a lovely stay at the Lake House over the new year holiday. The listing is very accurate and the hostess , Ashley, was quick and responsive throughout our visit. The space is cozy, clean and well designed- with everything you could possibly need for a fun & comfortable stay. Overall -a little gem of a place & we hope to return during the summer months!

The best Airbnb experience I've ever had at this beautiful cottage! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Tiffany and Alex put so much thought into making this a perfect stay. The cottage was immaculately clean, incredibly organized, and stocked with everything you could possibly need—down to the smallest detail. The property itself is stunning, offering both peace and beauty in every direction. Tiffany and Alex were amazing hosts—extremely communicative and always ready to assist with anything. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning!

Barry was an excellent host! Communication was amazing, very quick to respond and gracious enough to let my family check in early. It was the perfect location for myself and family visiting other family members that live just up the road. The view is absolutely amazing, looking onto the lake. My sister and brother in-law even got some ice fishing in ( only caught small ones). The cottage is VERY spacious and well equipped with all that you will need for a great stay! I hope I am able to return in the warmer months and enjoy all of the other amenities Barry's place has to offer.

Julie’a place was fantastic - we were there over the holidays and we went snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and skating on the lake. Julie was very responsive and helpful. The cottage was cozy, warm and well-equipped with what we needed to cook for a family of 8. Downhill skiing and hiking at Mont st Marie was just 20 minutes away. A perfect stay!

Had an amazing stay! The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the place was super peaceful and cozy. Perfect spot to just chill and unwind. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with some incredible scenery. Erica is a great host!

We had a wonderful time soaking in the hot tub and taking the spectacular scenery. The place was spotless, had everything we needed, and the views from the living room, deck, and fire pit were so beautiful we didn’t want to leave. My group of ladies have stayed in a number of wonderful places and this was our favourite so far.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cozy home on this river for Christmas. With my in-laws now living in the retirement manor minutes away in Campbell’s Bay, this was a great place to be together and share meals for the holidays. The kitchen was clean & well-equipped and the living & dining rooms were comfortable. We appreciated that the wood pile was well-stocked and the fireplace kept the living room cozy (it was -18 outside the first 2 days there!) The bedrooms were good too. We really enjoyed how peaceful the views of the river were - especially golden hour before sunset! Thank you Josh & Lee for the great stay. We recommend this cottage and hope to return one day!

We had a great stay while visiting to ski! The chalet was clean and comfy! We loved the games (Grouch Couch was a hit!) and hot tub! And the fireplace in the living room is super cozy after getting out of the hot tub in -15°! We will definitely be back, maybe for some summer kayaking on the river!!

This cottage was the absolute perfect place to enjoy some down time as a family! The cottage was clean, well equipped and located on a beautiful, quiet beach. Everything we needed was provided and more! We enjoyed playing soccer on the large sandy beach, swimming, fishing, board games, campfires and watching movies in the evening. The kids and parents loved it!

We loved the place! from the moment we reached out to Talia till the moment we had to leave. The place is gorgeous, very species, right on the water, with fantastic view. we had everything that we needed! we'll definitely cime back again! Thank you Talia for being a great host.

This was a great location and cottage. There was nothing major to comment on. It would have been nice if there were trails within walking distance but there's lots to do at the cottage itself (canoes, kayaks, pool table, lots of lawn space). There was a good, comfortable amount of space for all of our guests to have their own room. Ping was very responsive when messaged with any questions.

Dominic was an amazing host! He was very patient and flexible with our request. The cottage was also very clean and neat as shown in pictures. The view is breathtaking over the lake. The only thing I would mention is that the water has a strong unpleasent smell. other than that it was 10/10!

I loved my thanksgiving in Monica's house!! The house is like in the photos and also super clean. The beds are very confortable. There's a lots of space!! I loved to make the campfire outside and the ping-pong table it's a must!! My daughter loved to play next to the river with her friends!! Definitly i will come back! Thank's Monica for make our Thanksgiving so special!!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful cottage over the New Year. It was an excellent choice, and the owner was very responsive to my questions, even allowing us to check in early. The cottage has plenty of windows, which make it even more charming. It was clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Katie's cottage was the perfect weekend getaway for us all, and before and throughout the stay she was communicative and helpful. We were a group of 6 adults and we felt extremely comfortable with the amenities and amount of space available, as well as the beautiful lakeview. Katie was also kind enough to leave us with ample cooking supplies and even a s'mores kit and a bottle of sparkling wine! The cottage itself was very cozy and did not feel cramped or aged at all. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and we're bookmarking her place to reserve another trip in the near future!

Very nice cottage, with river access but still close to downtown Ottawa so you can relax in nature and also explore the city.
