The views from the balcony overlooking the sea, the sound of the waves, the ease with which swimming is possible, and the tranquil surroundings are prominent features of Chiara's flat + the proximity of the local Cap D'Ail rail station which makes travelling to Nice and Menton and intermediate towns very easy.

Apartment as described, near the sea and with a very large swimming pool in the residence that was very uncrowded in the second half of August. Very clean and perfect welcome with Heidi and Jeroen. Nothing to say

Didier’s place was perfect for 4 people! The space was very clean, he was prompt and helpful with check-in, and the location was great. Easy to walk to the beach, train, and surrounding restaurants. We look forward to coming back!

The terrace and view are spectacular! The photos do not do it justice. The overall location is perfect as a home base for exploring Villefranche Sur Mer, Eza Village, Menton and of course, the St. Jean Cap Ferrat trail. The apartment is very small, but fine for two people. Parking is super easy and check-in/checkout were a breeze.

Had a great and easy stay at Andreea's place. From the start, Andreea was very responsive and sent over very clear instructions for checkin, which was was really appreciated! The place itself is exactly how the pictures look. It was very clean and had everything I needed. Andreea even left out some welcome snacks which was really sweet. I would definitely recommend this apartment, and I would stay here again.

If you're visiting the Riviera, this is the place to stay! I have booked it as last minute as we got disappointed with our initial booking with another vendor. Camilla was very helpful and responsive. Sent me a huge guide to make things easier. The place is in a great location, clean and tidy. You'll have all the basics you require for your stay. Overall, we loved it and if we're coming back, we'll stay there again!

We had a beautiful holiday at this villa; 9 of us stayed comfortably, with plenty of space and everything you could need for a great holiday. We spent most of our time in the pool, it’s a fab size and with the garden, it is perfect for kids. The villa is very private, just a few mins walk to a very small beach and few minutes to bus stops. We didn’t drive so found it a little far from the supermarket to walk but buses were regular, easy and cheap! The surrounding areas of Nice, Cannes and especially Antibes are stunning. Overall a perfect holiday, thank you ☺️

I had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Whenever I had a problem or didn't understand something in the apartment Alexandre responded quickly. There were a couple of minor issues but they were quickly resolved. The apartment was also close to the Institut de Francais which I was attending. I look forward to returning to the apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, cozy apartment in Antibes. The location is perfect—2 minutes from a supermarket, next to a gas station, and walking distance to the beach, pharmacy, and restaurants. The design is beautiful, and the ground-floor garden, where friendly-fancy cats visited each morning, was a lovely touch. The apartment had everything we needed: fast internet, two smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds, and spacious closets. Everything felt modern or new, making it a perfect home away from home. Mikko, the owner, was attentive and quick to respond, while Nora, the SUPER host, made sure we had everything for a great stay. There’s absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. It will undoubtedly be our first choice the next time we visit the Côte d’Azur. Highly recommended!

Spacious apartment and very responsive and helpful host. Great aircon for the height of summer season. Pool lovely and well located for both walking into Antibes and Juan Les Pins. Could be modernised in some areas like the kitchen but all very clean and things working fine.

This is a truly wonderful place. It is the second time I have stayed here. The location is superb, with restaurants, cafes, boulangeries and a great supermarket on your doorstep! The view from the large windows is exactly as listed in the Airbnb photos. Jean-Marc is a great host - from greeting you personally to providing coffee, shampoo, shower gel, etc., to make your stay easier. He was also extremely flexible with my check-in. Would highly recommend the apartment and look forward to returning.

The apartment is nice and big and there was everything we needed. The location & views were great. A very nice large balcony and outdoor area. Roberto was always available for us and gave us many good tips. He even organized a shuttle to the airport for us. Thank you Roberto for the nice days at your place in the apartment directly on the sea.

Clean, tidy, and well-stocked place. The photos correspond to reality. The outdoor patio is a little gem!!! You could hear the waves of the sea! The accommodation is close to a supermarket stocked with everything and a two-minute walk from the sea with access to equipped or free beach. We parked the car inside the residence and no longer needed to use it until we left. Paca was very kind, both on our arrival and departure. We will definitely be back!!!!

The beautiful views and central location is complimented by the equally comfortable and well stocked house. This was our first visit to Antibes and will definitely be visiting again and will stay here! Super close to all things around and a perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation.

Our 3rd visit in as many months and we love Teresa’s apartment. It’s lovely, well decorated just like a home, with more than just the ‘basics’, such as loads of crockery, pans, cutlery and all necessities thrown in ie dishwasher and washing detergent, olive oil, soaps/gels, an much more, plus a bottle of nice wine and some lovely sweet treats on arrival. First class.
