It's always a pleasure to come to Bruno's house for a few days. The house is very nice, and has everything you need. Plus, cleanliness is on the rendezvous! Bruno is always available by message, his directions are accurate. We will be back!

The cottage is as described and charming. Solène and Romain are very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The location is ideal because the seaside is right next door on foot, with a nice walk to do on the seafloor. Access to La Rochelle is very quick with the 2x2 lanes. I would recommned this property 👍

Nice place to spend time with your family in peace. Lots of walks to do, and very nice for running while staying in the estuary. Very well equipped and pleasant house. Overall we had a nice stay.

It is exactly as it is described. Everything is present and very neat and clean. Within walking distance of the beach and the authentic village. Definitely a house to get back to.

We had a very relaxing stay. The home was beautiful with everything needed. It is accurately described and we weren’t disappointed. The kids, young and old enjoyed the pool. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen very well equipped and laundry room made coming home a breeze with clean clothes. We stayed just out of summer season so it was pretty quiet and some shops in St Palais sur mer were closed. Large supermarkets were a short drive away. A very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend.

Perfect house, and the backyard is a little oasis: very calm and beautiful with palm trees a pool bigger than it looks in the pictures, many birds come visiting. The kitchen is nice with everything we needed, the refrigerator was super big thus perfect. The barbecue outside is also nice. The area is calm and during the night you may even hear the ocean. Montalivet offers everything you need, gets a little busy around midday with the market. The beach is big and very close, good surf schools are nearby. We‘ll come back!

We had a pleasant stay, very good accommodation, very close to the station and the beach. We enjoyed a nice bike ride offered with the rental. Since we don't have a car on site, it was one of our selection criteria. Everything was perfect, whether through hospitality, accommodation, flexible hours, or messaging.

What a fabulous place! It’s stunning, has beautiful, stylish decor, with everything you could possibly need & more - I want their kitchen in my home! The outdoor areas are equally beautiful, and the children loved the large pool, there was even a basketball hoop in the garage which was a hit! We were two families of 4 adults and 3 teenagers, and there was lots of space for us to all be together, yet have our own space too. The best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, and was spotlessly clean. David is a fantastic host, was so friendly and welcoming, and helped us with local restaurants, renting bikes, etc. We all loved our stay and can’t wait to go back. Thank you David!

Cheerful apartment, great location, we did not meet our hosts but the communication was very simple and quick. Be careful, no Wifi! (we hadn't read the listing correctly), otherwise nothing is missing, everything is well organized.

We stayed the first two weeks of September, the place is really great! The kitchen is really super well-equipped, we took pleasure in using it to make good dishes with the products of the Montalivet market. The small garden is super well appointed, whether it's the large table or the garden furniture it's really nice. Especially since our stay in September where the wind was sometimes very cool at the end of the day on the beach, the garden furniture allowed us to enjoy the sun at the end of the day. I close to I beach is really the big PLUS of this place, it takes 3 minutes to walk slowly. also located right next to the pedestrian street. Taking this place I was able to spend my two weeks without ever using my car and that's GREAT! In September we were not all bothered by the noises of the pedestrian street which can be noisy in season. Thank you for this stay in Montalivet

this house has a very particular atmosphere, family,warm. it is very well equipped with everything! The bed is very cozy...the shower is nice. The decor is nice. In addition to the house, we enjoyed its location in a beautiful little residence ,in the forested dunes and 5 min to the beach . Also well located for visiting the island .

Accommodation as described, beach, accessible in two minutes, unsupervised, without being crowded with people. I recommend a stay at Sandrine's, apartment in a quiet residence.

Very nice rental, located a little in the back inland. Peaceful place close to the main tourist destinations (La Rochelle, Rochefort, Ile de Ré, Fouras, Ile d 'Oléron and Marennes). Very clean rental with all the necessities ( kettle, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine) and very well arranged with a small private terrace area. Charming hosts who know the area well and give good tips for local walks and restaurants. Gerard and Véronique are adorable and our thoughts also go to their dog Nesquik. We highly recommend this rental and wish those who will follow to know the good time we have had.

Bruno is a super host - always happy to help and have us some great tips for the local area. His place is right on the beach and if you’re up early enough you can see the sun rise too. It’s cool inside and nice to have some shade in the garden under the beautiful fig tree. There are restaurants within walking distance and the market at Bain Les Brée is a little further away but well worth the visit. Thanks for having us we really enjoyed it

Listing is very clean and as described. The location facing the beach and the breathtaking view of the ocean is a feast. Philippe and Marie-Helene are very welcoming and attentive hosts while remaining discreet. We had a great time with the family in Oléron.
