Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in La Spezia

I was in Pietrasanta for 6 weeks to sculpt marble. Stefania's is in walking distance to the train station, great restaurants, grocery stores and walking trails. The place is quiet and well equipped. I highly recommend staying there.

Exceptional stay at Federico's! The house is beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos, and the sea view is simply magical. Everything was very clean, thoughtful, and very comfortable. Federico was an exceptional host: always available, responsive, and ready to help us every moment. Thanks to him, our stay was easy, enjoyable and totally relaxing. Thank you again for everything Federico, we leave memories full of our heads and we will come back without hesitation!

Impeccable house, very clean and well-equipped. Welcoming, attentive and very responsive host. The only thing to note is that the basement room smells slightly wet. And for fat lovers in the mornings, it's better to sleep upstairs, because as soon as the neighbors are in their gardens you can all hear. In terms of the location of the house, we were not disappointed. It is located in a rather quiet area, 10min drive from the beach, a large super market and about 15min from the historic center of Camaiore where there are plenty of good little restaurants and shops in pedestrian streets. In short, we had a great stay and will gladly go back.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

We enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful, garden amazing and views even better than the photos. Gloria gave us a warm welcome and showed us everything we needed to know. A car is essential. The local restaurant owner was very friendly and we enjoyed a few meals there, very convenient, only 5 mins walk! The area is lovely, so much to explore. Thank you for letting us stay.

Cristina was a great host! She picked us up 2 ggn. from the train station, because we had so much packing. The house was nicely located and was quiet. We enjoyed the nice surroundings. Had a lot of benefit from the bikes. Enjoyed the village of Levanto ♥️

even though we only spent one night at Silvia's, we can say that the apartment is nice and comfortable, the two rooms are spacious, ideal for those who want to stay in 4, comfortable beds. There were 6 of us and even the sofa bed is comfortable; the large room so there are no space problems even when it is open. The double bathroom is comfortable when there are many. It is in a quiet area. The apartment was tidy and clean. Friendly and welcoming host; we had a commitment nearby and she was very kind to welcome us at the time that was most convenient for us. We also recommend it for summer getaways, if next year we are in the area again it will be the first one we will contact!

To find the accommodation, a big thank you to Samanta for these instructions because the accommodation is located in small pedestrian streets that are quite similar, in a beautiful and authentic village. The accommodation is spacious, very well equipped and clean. Samanta was attentive and very nice in the various exchanges we had. If you are looking for a nice house in the heart of the mountains while still being close to the city and the beaches, go for it. I would highly recommend it.

This house is a very peaceful and stunning-view opportunity in Levanto. Just at the border of Cinque Terre, you benefit from being out of the confusion and crowds of Cinque Terre, but close enough to reach it fast and easily. Levanto is very easy to get around, you have the train, lot’s of shopping and the restaurants and amenities. The beach is great. Tiziano’s place is on the hills, so, far from the city’s agitation, but also close enough to reach it whenever you want. By foot, the climb is a little sporty, but perfectly doable. The check-in was great with Tiziano’s father, a very warmth welcome and he gave us lots of tips and tricks to get around. His father also helped us a lot with the garbage and recycling, we are very very thankful. The apartment was very clean and has everything. Cool thing : stainless-steel stuff in the kitchen, so, no forever chemicals 👍🏻! TV, WiFi, everything was great. The view and the terrace has a stunning view over the beach and the sea.

Clean accommodation in a great location: just minutes away from the station and car park. The host provided us with all the useful information impeccably and we had no issues at all. Highly recommended especially for a group of friends!

an extremely cosy and restful place with a truly helpful host. the way up the hill has its specific instructions which is not difficult at all, especially with a bus stop right in front of the place. Monia is helpful, responsive, and gives great recommendations. the apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for me especially having to wake up early the morning to work.

We had an incredible time at Noemi’s place in Corniglia! We were so close to the restaurants and little shops, and it wasn’t insanely crowded like some of the other towns. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and had stunning views. We highly recommend this location.

We had a really good time. The house was very clean and above all nothing was missing. The possibility of bringing the dog of a large size like ours was much appreciated. We will recommend your home to friends and family who want to come to the 5 Terre.

You will LOVE this place. The patio at night is an AMAZING experience!!!! I dream of the day to be back to this place and sitting on the patio taking in the views with a wonderful glass of wine. Sincerely this place has everything you would need and the hosts are GREAT in their communication and willingness to help in so many ways. We drove to Cinque Terra and the hosts were so helpful in connecting us with a local parking location. They have every detail covered. We loved our stay here. We bought the 2 day pass for unlimited train and Cinque Terre. It took us 10 minutes to walk to train station. Giulia gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful. She gave us a lot of information as to how to get around and what to do around LA Spezia. We highly recommend this property. We were very comfortable here. thankyou Gilia

Antonella went out of her way at every turn to make our stay as wonderful as it was. She is kind, warm and caring. The place as everyone has said is a dream come true. And it was a huge bonus that Antonella lives next store as she was unobtrusively proactively helpful. And there if needed. It was especially important to us that she cares about the environment and is into sustainability as we are. She is mature but forward looking and youthful in so many ways. We thanked her privately and here again publicly. Both Antonella and her place are deserving of it. Le Cinque Terre is legendary for good reason. So is this home.

Our stay at Stefanos was amazing. His apartment is a perfect refuge in the beautiful cinque terre area and he is a fantastic host who considers all the things you may need. The apartment is beautiful and so convenient! (It is so close to the train station but super quiet and with a beautiful view and does not require walking up any stairs!) Would highly recommend!

It was my first time with Airbnb and it couldn't have gone better. Melissa and Giovanni were absolutely lovely hosts – friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. The apartment is gorgeous, even better than the description. Everything is like new and really cool. The two balconies offer stunning sea views – they're actually amazing. Tellaro is a charming and peaceful village with an authentic Italian vibe, good restaurants and an interesting history. Private parking right near the apartment was really important – without that, it would have been almost impossible to find a parking spot. We had an unforgettable vacation here. I can sincerely recommend this place to everyone!
