An access card to the communal car parks is available: - parking of the Esplanade (not covered) about 500m from the apartment - Picotières car park (covered) which is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

An independant appartement with all the kitchen amenities, perfect for couples or friends. There is a sofa bed too so would be good for a family with one child. The appartement is attached to the main house where we live, but has a separate entrance and a private terrace out of view of the main house. You can use the swimming pool (8m by 16m) in the summer which is shares with two other appartements . We are opposite the beach which has some spectacular sun sets.
