Excellent location, very quiet neighborhood very nice and cozy house, both Eduardo and Mrs. Jenny are very friendly and helpful.

If there were 6 stars available I would have rated as 6 rather than 5 stars. The location and views are spectacular, sweeping views of the Coquimbo bay and fantastic sunsets. The indoor/outdoor architecture is gorgeous. The kitchen is gourmet class with excellent stainless cookware. The woodstove makes the spacious living area totally cozy. I can’t recommend this house highly enough. Nico, our hostess, was equally fantastic. She immediately dealt with any issue that arose and is prompt and effective in communication

The house is in a good location, close to the beach and Route 5. With shops also nearby, it is located in a quiet place. The condition of the house is impeccable, very comfortable and with everything you need to have a good stay. Victor and his family are always friendly, they made sure we were comfortable in the house.

cozy house, small but meets everything, it has everything you need, it is only a little removed from the beach, like 10 to 15 minutes by car, but it is somewhat minor. Clean house, very comfortable, spectacular beds, clean and tidy bedrooms, there was only carpet in some parts that are very delicate, but it is somewhat minor, in general a 7 the house.

We stayed in February 2025, a group of 6 adults and 3 dogs and the experience was top notch. The house is spacious, very well equipped and exactly as shown in the pictures. From the first moment we felt at home. The house is located in a neighborhood it is quiet and safe, perfect for enjoying with the family. The house has a spacious, clean patio with a terrace that has super comfortable furniture. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities, which made our family meals simpler. The cleanliness and decor are impeccable, you can see the care in every detail. The view from the second floor is beautiful, and the location is excellent, with stores and supermarkets nearby. It is super close by car to La Herradura beach and strategically located to reach in a short time everywhere. Dahiana was an incredible, proactive and very kind host. We will surely return in the future. 100% recommended!

the location was good. sound quiet. no annoying noises. what stood out most is the quincho that the house has, good lighting, comfortable and nice great to make a good asado in the company of your friends or family.

The apartment is small but very nice and comfortable .. the sector is incredible , the facilities are very good an apartment also very clean , that I think it lacks accessories and for the price that is worth minimum I should have basic things, a rag at least to clean the table or the floor, soap among other things especially when they are short stays!! Otherwise super good !

Nice, some communication problems at first but they were quickly resolved, grateful.

My stay at Salvador's apartment was excellent. Upon entering, I found an impeccable, clean and very well-kept space. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and fully equipped, it has absolutely everything. In addition, the parking lot has an ideal location, very close to the tower's entrance, which makes it easy to get around. But the best part, without a doubt, was the view from the balcony: an impressive panoramic view of the beach that made my experience unforgettable. I would definitely stay here again. Everything is fine , excellent location , all relentless, you park the car and you don't need to take it again, everything is very close , beach , pharmacy , coffee , etc... 100% recommended !!!!!

Apartment next to the beach 2 minutes walking, located in a very good sector of La Serena, close to restaurants and picadas. Emerson, the host, was always available when we need it, we even asked for a gas grill to make asados and he got it, it was a very kind gesture on his part. The apartment is clean, spacious and cozy. The only thing we found was missing was some equipment like candles on the shared pieces, juicer or a central table in the living room or on the terrace. We recommend it 100% and would go again without any doubt

the place is very nice, clean, tidy, as in the photos , clear instructions, clear access. for my purpose of the trip the location and the dpto was optimal to visit nearby places etc. happy with the stay

Excellent location, it is on main avenue so it has a variety of restaurants, you can stroll along the coast and enjoy the scenery. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing, the kitchen is full equipped. I would definitely go back!! I recommend it 100%
