I recently had the pleasure of staying at Patrizia's Airbnb, and I must say, it was absolutely wonderful. The place was exactly as described in the listing - cozy, clean, and conveniently close to the ocean. From the moment I booked, communication with Patrizia was seamless. She was incredibly responsive to all my inquiries and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodations themselves were cozy and inviting, providing everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. It was evident that Patrizia took great care in ensuring her guests feel welcomed and comfortable. I will be back. Highly recommend

Sylvie is an excellent host!! super helpful, friendly and responsive :) The place was great, exactly as described with a very comfy large bed. Had all the amenities you could want, including good air conditioning. Town and the beach are only ~10mins walk away and there are a few good dive shops, restaurants and bars to enjoy. There is some construction going on nearby, but it doesn't really affect the property as it's on the opposite side of the building, but it does mean that it is much better to come 'up' from Bayahibe and the beach direction if you're coming by car

This is the third time I stayed here with my family. It's our favorite apartment at Cadaques as the kids love sleeping in the separate loft areas. Karina is a great host, and the home is always spotless. It's in the ideal location as well...right in the middle between the beach and water park. We'll be back!

The complex and the pool is super nice and safe. The apartment is new and modern. There is nothing wrong with communication either. I stayed in the apartment for two months and would come back again and again.

What an amazing place with an even more amazing location! The apartment is literally on the private beach of the resort/village! The water is stunning blue! Very relaxing and convenient area with an onsite restaurant bar and mini market. The apartment is spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Very nice place and great communication with host

We had a wonderful 5 days staying here with one set of grandparents and our two boys (ages 5 and 7). Pedro was helpful and responsive, and offered us additional flexibility around check-in and check-out, which was very appreciated. The house really is as spectacular as it looks, and the set up was perfect for us. Really enjoyed hanging around the pool at the house - and how peaceful that felt - including a few dinners by the pool followed by night swimming. Also very convenient to get to the Minatas beach and grocery etc. Thank you so much for a fabulous stay! We will be back.

Wonderful stay, everything was very good, in terms of the apartment and facilities, Adrian is excellent as a host, attentive and always pending, I hope to give more of lonque, the bad point of the place is the restaurant, the service is good, but the food is totally if it is, regrettable that we have to go out to the nearest town to eat delicious and there are good options. Incredible apartment, very comfortable, very clean, very well lit, very spacious, everything excellent. The private jacuzzi is a plus that is really worth it. Rosalía stands out as a host, very friendly and attentive, always ready to please her guests, I will come back a million times !

The community had great security. The neighborhood was immaculate. Clean and beautiful views and pools. We really enjoyed our stay I think it was worth every penny. Plenty of towels plenty of linens which I appreciate. East access with an elevator. Outdoor areas are clean and beautiful. The beach is under some construction so we were not able to swim directly in the beach behind the apartment.

Everything is absolutely amazing. The stuff is really friendly and if you go through the house with them they are happy to clean all little things to european standard. The outside bathroom and the many many different seating areas with different atmosphere and spectacular view over the golf course and the sundown. 100% Caribbean

We (my husband, two kids and grandparents) felt right at home in Syra's beautiful house. The place is bursting with character and so much attention to detail. The location is amazing - just a short walk to the old town with great restaurants, shops, etc. and even golf is walkable! Syra was a very attentive host who went above and beyond. We took full advantage of the resort amenities as well, including golf, horseback riding, the beach club, the shooting range, tennis, the snorkel / island tour, and so much more. I would recommend Syra's home to enjoy. We couldn't have imagined a better setting to make family memories :)

The house is beautiful, stylish, and spacious, perfect for our family, including an older traveler. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. The outdoor patio was a highlight; we enjoyed family dinners and games there almost every evening. The pool was deeper than expected, which my son absolutely loved and it quickly became an essential part of our mornings and evenings. The beach and beach club are just a 5-minute walk away. We dined at the club one evening and enjoyed drinks there a few times. The infinity pool at the club was fantastic, and we spent hours enjoying it. The beach itself is pretty, though the water is shallow, with the deepest part reaching about knee height. The house is situated in a development that’s still under active construction, with new homes being built nearby, including one right behind this property. However, we found the house to be very quiet, so the construction didn’t impact our stay. The location is excellent for exploring the eastern part of

Our stay here was AMAZING! the place is wonderful and the staff is so helpful and kind. We were not notified of the registration fee beforehand ($25 per person per night) but our trip was a success nonetheless. Arelis is a kind and wonderful soul and I would most definitely stay here again.
