Vacation rentals with an EV charger in La Rochelle

Studio very well located. Very clean, well-equipped and very good bedding. Upon arrival, I was able to drop off my belongings earlier than the scheduled time, thank you for your flexibility and responsiveness.

1. The apartment is new, well equipped - there is everything you need. Very clean and spacious. Ideal for four people. 2. The center is a 25-minute walk away, most of the way through the park. This is a new neighborhood, it's still under construction, but it doesn't bother you. 3. The only negative thing is check-in and check-out is required with the in-person presence of a host representative. It is quite difficult to determine the time and is inconvenient. At check-in, we set a time interval, from 16 o'clock to 17. They wrote to us that they would be waiting for us by 17, we arrived at 16.30 and waited until 17.40! Of course, it was some kind of unforeseen occurrence, but it is a waste of time for us, besides waiting on the street tired from the road is very uncomfortable. 3. Bed linen is paid, it is not included in the price, is it supposed to have its own? For 20 euros, you get a set of linen for 2 people, 2 towels and a towel under your feet. There are few towels and they, like linens, are not too good quality. There are no shortcomings anymore, the option is perfect. Recommended.

Our stay went very well: the accommodation was as described. The neighborhood is quiet, but very close to the hyper center. The contact before and during our arrival was cordial and responsive. We recommend the place.

Accommodation in the city center that allows access to all the shops needed for a pleasant stay. Karima has tastefully equipped her home. We had everything we needed. I would recommend it in a second.

The accommodation is in a very good location and is very good value for money. The accommodation is on a peaceful street with quick access to all amenities as well as the beach. Well-located townhouse with local shops and welcoming merchants... The house is spacious, well-equipped, we couldn't enjoy the pool due to the weather... we recommend this rental... and it's for our next visit.

We had a great time at Kim and François's. The location is ideal for shopping, pedestrian streets and the port. On the other hand, for Minimes beach you have to take the car, it's 15 minutes away. We enjoyed the parking lot equipped with an electrical outlet to charge the car . We were received by Sarah who is very welcoming , very available and who does not press you for checkout .. very good communication .. we recommend this apartment and we will be back .. we loved it!

Very well located for visiting the city, the citadel and very close to the market. Easy to park, the photos match the listing.

Very nice apartment, stylishly furnished, with all the necessary amenities available and located in a prime location! Right on the beach and within walking distance of the city center. As a guest during the summer months, however, take into account a lot of noise at night from singing and calling people walking past the domain towards their sleeping place. The swimming pool on the property is small and is only suitable for smaller children to play in or to refresh as an adult. But the beach and the sea poles at the backyard so if you want to take a refreshing dip or swim longer distances, you can go there.

We had a great stay at Muriel's apartment. Small clean and functional cocoon located in a quiet residence. Muriel is very pleasant and available. I would highly recommend a stay on Ile d 'Oléron.
