The house is very nice. The terrace in the back of the house is quiet and overlooks the greenery. It's very relaxing. There is nothing lacking in the house. We had a great weekend.

Ideal house to be near St Malo with family and friends. 4 very convenient bedrooms,good equipment for the rest everything is easy to find. Pleasant wood stove in December. Dear guests, This country estate within minutes of old St. Malo, Dinard, and vicinity, and an easy escape to Mon St. Michel, is perfect for your stay near everything. Fully equipped, relaxing, charming, and very close-in, Fabienne's place has it all. We stayed three nights and loved this retreat at the end of each day, and also for a short siesta, or lunch in between, or even to lounge for hours surrounded by nature. So close and yet so tranquil ! This is the best we have ever stayed at and we would love to return. The house would be a great place to stay for short or long stays. Highly recommended! Don

We came to four teammates for a regatta. Adrien's place is perfect with a large, very nice living room. Well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom per level make a very convenient accommodation. Shops are reached by foot. We had a great stay. I recommend.

Being in love with the intramuros of St Malo we have several times rented apartments in this place . Ms la ns we had a real crush on this one. Very well located , quiet , very clean , pleasant to live in, Mathilde very friendly and responsive , we know that we will call her again as soon as we return to St Malo . If you come to Saint Malo, do not hesitate to go to your accommodation close to everything 10 minutes from intra Muros, very clean, spacious, do not ask yourself any questions:)

We stayed 5 days in Dinan and were charmed by the city and delighted with the location of the apartment. We felt at home in the apartment. Everything is clearly stated by Julie which allowed us to have perfect autonomy. We recommend this home warmly. I would also like to take advantage of this review to recommend the restaurant l 'Antre nous, rue Haute voie 20, which is excellent.

The apartment was even nicer than the photos. I stayed over Christmas and it was warm and cosy. I immediately felt at home. Everything I needed was there and the standard of cleanliness was excellent. One could never get tired of the fantastic view. Pascal made me feel very welcome and gave me some useful help on parking and local shopping. St Malo is a special place for me and now I have found Arnaud's apartment I shall be booking again. 😊

Communication was straightforward and clear. Shopping facilities are a few minutes' walk away. Parking in the garage was also very beneficial.
