A very nice place, it met all expectations. The apartment is just like the pictures posted. The beach is a short walk away. The complex is private and in a great location. Jeckeline was always attentive and ready to respond. I will definitely be staying again.

A nice stay, as a family we enjoyed and we felt very comfortable, the apartment is very cozy and its spaces are very comfortable. Everything is very well organized and the beds are very clean!!! I congratulate and recommend this very cozy accommodation!!!

we loved the stay here! it was a beautiful, private area where we had lots of things to do! the only thing we found difficult was that there weren't enough towels for everyone. it says there should be one fore each guest but there were only 3. we also didn't have shampoo, conditioner, or soap. we were told we would get some, and we understand it was just forgotten. maybe in the future have refillable ones and just refill them after each stay? or have a checklist of the things the airbnb needs to make sure it's all ready for the guests. we loved having the water fountain! that was helpful!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the property; it truly feels like a paradise. The walking path to the beach is beautifully designed, featuring an oasis of palm trees and lush plants that create a stunning atmosphere. The experience is enhanced in the evening with the ambient lighting. The rooms are spacious and equipped with air conditioning for added comfort. The on-site caretakers, Susana and Kevin, were exceptionally attentive and ensured that my family's needs were met throughout our stay. Additionally, for an extra fee, Susana offers her culinary services, and I can confidently say her cooking is both delicious and exceptional. I have noticed some negative reviews regarding bug issues, which I find somewhat surprising given that the property is situated in an outdoor area. It's important to note that while the rooms are securely closed, much of the property remains open to nature. As such, I recommend bringing along bug repellents to enhance your comfort during your stay.

Very amazing. All my family were impressed with the house, location, size, amenities, services, security. It is a tropical climate, so yes the area is humid, but the A/C works great inside the home. We had everything we needed to make breakfast there so we can save some money. It is very safe, the location and the house. When we arrived, we were greeted by security. We traveled every day to a new part of El Salvador: San Salvador Historic Center, San Vicente, Olocuilta, Planes de Renderos, Panchimalco, Ciudad Arce, Apaneca, Ruta de las Flores, Ahuachapán & Santa Ana, Ilopango & El Tunco. We regularly arrived after midnight and never felt unsafe or unwelcomed. There was an issue w/ wifi not having service, but Claudia made sure a technician came as soon as possible to repair. The housekeeper that greeted us and met us to pick up the keys was very professional, kind, and wonderful to have a conversation with. I definitely recommend this house for your stay in El Salvador.

Our experience at this beach Airbnb was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Not only did the property meet all our expectations, but exceeded them. The location is perfect, with a stunning ocean view and direct beach access. The place was spotless, well equipped and tastefully decorated, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Also, the maintenance staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed, which we greatly appreciated. We definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway by the sea. We look forward to coming back soon!

The hostess was very helpful and proactive in finding the easiest way to give locations. the property is really well maintained and the AC worked amazing. Anything we needed she took care of immediately and it's really a convenient 10 minutes from the airport.

A very nice place the photos are the same as the physical space, the view of the Estero is too beautiful, a very comfortable place, accessible and with everything you need to enjoy.

David's ranch on the beach was just what my family and I were looking for. Not only was it supper close to the airport, David was quick to respond to any questions we had from the moment we booked his Airbnb. Don Óscar y la niña Mari who were the staff on the property were so kind and super attentive to our needs and checked on us daily to make sure we had everything we needed. The home is beautiful and spacious enough for a large family. If you are looking for a place on the beach for your family with a large pool, ocean views, air conditioned rooms and friendly staff, you will love Solea Beach House! No doubt, we will be coming back to stay with them when we visit next summer. Thanks David!
