Vacation rentals with a patio in La Paz Department

A very beautiful place, a nice community and the exit to the estuary very monita. The house needs maintenance due to the humidity, but everything is perfect from there!

The place is very spacious, two bathrooms, it is the first in the complex near the parking lot. The hall was the only place without air conditioning, however there were fans. The place had water, icemaker and several very useful utensils! the beautiful pool and beach! Sergio was clear with his instructions. The only thing is that it does not have hot water (although in the see the beach, I consider it not a critical point) we would definitely come back!

Fantastic Airbnb! We all loved the easy access to the beach, pool and spacious balcony where we didn’t our evenings. The place is as described and even more, the views are stunning! The host was very responsive and provided many recommendations , which made the stay that much better. I would highly recommend getting Zury’s massage that come to your place with all equipment and getting massage in the balcony with ocean breeze and waves! I will definitely be returning and sharing my experience with family and friends! Thank you Jenni for everything!!!

It was a beautiful place to stay! The view and the scenery of the beach, the sunset and sunrise were amazing! We wished we could have stayed longer but we were at the end of our trip. It is a place where we want to come back and spend more time. Thank you for having it set up and made us feel right at home

The apartment is just what we needed for a stay before our flight. It is equipped with all new furniture and new kitchen equipment. It has air conditioning and is located in a quiet spot. I recommend it!

Very amazing. All my family were impressed with the house, location, size, amenities, services, security. It is a tropical climate, so yes the area is humid, but the A/C works great inside the home. We had everything we needed to make breakfast there so we can save some money. It is very safe, the location and the house. When we arrived, we were greeted by security. We traveled every day to a new part of El Salvador: San Salvador Historic Center, San Vicente, Olocuilta, Planes de Renderos, Panchimalco, Ciudad Arce, Apaneca, Ruta de las Flores, Ahuachapán & Santa Ana, Ilopango & El Tunco. We regularly arrived after midnight and never felt unsafe or unwelcomed. There was an issue w/ wifi not having service, but Claudia made sure a technician came as soon as possible to repair. The housekeeper that greeted us and met us to pick up the keys was very professional, kind, and wonderful to have a conversation with. I definitely recommend this house for your stay in El Salvador.

David was an excellent host. He was quick to respond and accommodating with our requests. The space looked exactly as pictured and our kids enjoyed the pool.

The hostess was very helpful and proactive in finding the easiest way to give locations. the property is really well maintained and the AC worked amazing. Anything we needed she took care of immediately and it's really a convenient 10 minutes from the airport.

Centrally located a few minutes from El Boquerón, shopping centers and eating places. About 30 minutes from La Libertad. Place is spacious and clean.

My fiancé and I loved the place! The balcony view is AMAZING and we felt like home! 100% recommended!

The space looked just like the pictures. It was very clean and comfortable. Location was decent. The views were very nice. My only complaint would be the pillows used on the beds. They weren’t comfortable, but that wasn’t a big issue. The front desk was very nice and helpful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.
