Vacation rentals with a patio in La Muddizza

A pretty apartment in a quiet area. Upstairs is a bedroom with balcony and a bathroom. Downstairs is a living and cooking area with a pull-out sofa. No wonder if the sofa is pulled out, you can't open the front door anymore. The kitchen is very well equipped. We had some trouble with the induction stove at the beginning, but Ludovica was very supportive. There is an outdoor area with sitting lounge and a barbecue. We didn't use that In the village there are two small supermarkets, a pharmacy, a few restaurants and cafes. It is about a 7-minute walk to the beach/harbor. The beach is ok. The bus stop can be reached in 1-2 minutes. By bus you can reach Santa Teresa Gallura in 15 minutes. There is a pool in the holiday complex, but it is no longer serviced/maintained after September 15. We were therefore unable to use the pool, but that was not important to us. Overall, we felt very comfortable.

The location was perfect, quiet, in a residential area but an easy walk to the beach, marina and restaurants. The apartment was as per the photos and super clean. Carmen was very responsive and provided some suggestions for the area. We were only there 2 nights but I wish we had stayed longer.

The place was great, close to the beach, bars, and shops. Just the center of the action. The environment of the apartment was very clean with all the amenities we needed. The host was very accommodating with our checkout. The video tutorial helped us enough to get to the apartment. Thanks ! When we go to Sardinia, we will definitely stop by again. ☀️💪

We had a great stay in Valledoria at Tiziana's apartment. Very nicely furnished and perfectly equipped, we had great pleasure in recharging it for about ten days. Especially since it is located close to shops, restaurants, entertainment... and a very large sandy beach with a family and joyful atmosphere. We had a car (very easy to park for free near the apartment) which allowed us to shine in the north east and west of the island to discover beautiful villages and old stones full of history. We will return with pleasure to Sardinia. Thanks to Tiziana for letting us know.

We stayed at Caterina's place for 6 days in the second half of November. The apartment is located in a quiet town. It's very large and fully equipped. The only downside was the inadequate heating (the radiators only turned on in the morning and evening). Other than that, we loved it. Thank you!

Great stay for a family with kids. The apartment is very well located - in close distance to the beach, city centre, and shopping facilities. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with a fine pool in the garden and good views the balconies. Filippo is an excellent host and easy to contact. We would love to come back again another time.

From our request to check-out, communication with Marco went smoothly. The house is very nice and decorated with a lot of love and we felt very comfortable in it. We can only recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants a relaxing and comfortable holiday. We will gladly book the house again on another occasion!

A little piece of paradise, exceptional view, quiet and close to very cute little coves. In addition, Franscesca and Christian are available hosts and have good advice. We can't wait to go home for an upcoming trip to Sardinia.

We were a group of 10 and had an absolute amazing stay at the S’ARD House. The house and cottage has rooms with great space and private bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped and Valentina was very responsive. The location is very nice if you want to have a nice view of the sunset, a peaceful stay and be 20min drive from a lot of nice beaches. Supermarkets are also 10min away.

Residence and beautiful setting, close to nature, most beautiful sunset in Sardinia 10 minutes away (Li Cossi), Natalia was very nice and very responsive. Recommended.

We had an absolutely incredible stay! The views of the sea were breathtaking – waking up to that every morning was sunrise views was spectacular 👌. The property is beautifully renovated, combining modern style with the charm of the location. Everything was spotless, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed, providing a serene atmosphere that truly allowed us to relax and unwind. The amenities were perfect; every detail seemed to be covered, from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings. Simone & team were exceptionally responsive and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions promptly. Staying with Gabrielle was just perfect. The welcome was so warm that you filled up like at home. Gabrielle gave us great tips for the surrounding beaches and restaurants and was always available for us. The place had everything you needed and the view was just magical. Spent a week in Castelsardo. The apartment was a nice size for the two of us. The kitchen was adequately equipped, the bed was comfortable. The large terrace overlooking the Mediterranean was spectacular. The problem we had in early to mid September was overcast skies and a roaring wind over a few days which prohibited its use. The pool on the roof is very nice. The agency working for the host responded very quickly. In short, we recommend Patrick’s place for a pleasant stay in Sardinia.
