I had a pleasant stay for 12 days at this home. Overall the experience was excellent. The place offered all necessary amenities. The only downside was the lack of ventilation in the laundry room bathroom but other than that everything was great. The location, cleanliness and hospitality were noteworthy. I would recommend this place to other travelers!

Dona Rosie and don Freddy are warm and welcoming hosts into their comfortable and centrally-located home in Miraflores. I loved their easy-going style, moon-filled patio, the hot shower, and very comfortable bed.

I was very happy with how smooth all went since the beginning of the communication and how my multiple questions were answered by Paul. I booked the apartment from one day to another for two weeks and it was a great experience. The apartment was very clean and spacious (x 3 people), the location was a plus and the area is safe and quiet. Paul and his wife Maria were very accommodating and pleasant throughout! Thank you.

I stayed in a quaint apartment in the charming neighborhood of San Blas, and it was an unforgettable experience. The apartment offered breathtaking views of Cusco and the surrounding areas. However, due to the elevated location, be prepared for some stairs. It might be a challenge initially, but after a few trips to the nearby plaza, it becomes manageable—depending on your health and fitness. The neighborhood itself is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away, which adds to the apartment’s overall appeal. The check-in process was seamless, the apartment was spotlessly clean, and the host who welcomed me was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. At night, the apartment can get a little chilly, but the hosts provided plenty of blankets and even ethanol for the indoor heater, which made it cozy and comfortable. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely consider returning the next time I visit Cusco.

I’be stayed in this building before. It was always convenient to have Ave Arequipa so close which they close down on Sundays so people can run and ride bikes. Gustos and Gustitos is so delicious and having an oxxo in the same building is incredibly convenient. The amenities in the building are great, the coworking area and pool room help in those rainy days. The pool and jacuzzi have a beautiful view of Lima. Hard to beat all the pluses a place like this has. The laundry room is helpful for long stays, just make sure to get in early or late as possible so it’s not busy. There are only 4 machines and they can get used up quickly. Having the metro bus across the street was awesome. Experienced travelers should get a Lima metro card and use it to get to and from Miraflores or take advantage of the colectivos. Thanks Erika for the perfect accommodation

Great apartment in San Isidro. Very good location in a safe and quiet area. A short walk to supermarkets and restaurants on Av. 2 de Mayo in Lince and a few minutes walking or uber from restaurants in S. Isidro. The olive grove park 10 min walk away fills your lungs with fresh air. The apartment is as shown in the photos. Extremely quiet and with black out curtains that make it easy to get in full rest. Cleaning 2 days a week makes it easy to use time when you're for work or holidays. To put an area for improvement, to say that it does not have any Netflix-like platform preconfigured on the TVs, so you have to set your own (assuming you have).

Central location in San Isidro. The unit is exactly as shown in the photos. It was great for us to stay for two weeks. Note that a window in the living room is always slightly open by design of the building for ventilation, not the owner's fault.

The place is very comfortable, clean and conveniently located. The area is quiet and with easy access to several points of interest. Ana Maria, she gave us all the facilities to complete a good stay, Totally recommended for a pleasant stay.

Apt. was in a great location. This can come with some noise, but it had everything I needed. The place was very clean and the Host was responsive and accommodating.

The apartment is as it is and even better when we saw it personally. The location is excellent, you have restaurants, supermarkets, many parks and the area is too quiet! Carlos is very friendly and always responded at the moment with the questions we had. 100% RECOMMENDED✨
