Vacation rentals with a patio in La Madeleine, Nice

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

We stayed at the apartment for a month and found it to be ideal. The location is perfect for exploring the local area. The train station is just a few minutes walk away as is the Promenade des Anglais and the old town of Nice. There are numerous bars, restaurants and small shops in the area. With any luck we'll be back again next year.

We had a magical stay at Remario's ARBNB, in Quartier des Musiciens. The clean and bright apartment was the perfect size for 2 people. We enjoyed our time relaxing on the balcony both day and night! Having aircon and a washer/dryer in unit, was a welcome convenience. Location cannot be beat, with access to the train, tram, museums, promenade, and cafes at your fingertips. Remario and Sylvia were fantastic hosts and went beyond to ensure a successful experience. We long to return soon! Merci beaucoup.

We love our stay here. Perfect location. It was close to everything and very convenient. Lots of parking on the street too. The apartment is very comfortable. No complaints at all. It was perfect. Carolina was very kind and helpful. If we came back to Antibes we’d stay here again.

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

It was our first visit to Nice so we really didn’t know which location would be best with a 4 year old. Gisele’s place was really great for us. Near the old city, walkable to restaurants and parks. We even could find parking spots near the apartment. The flat itself was great. Spacious, clean and comfortable. We really had everything we needed, we used the washing machine as well :) Gisele was also a very responsive host. She gave us great tips as well. Overall we would definitely recommend this place!

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

Very pleasant quiet accommodation, as described with shops nearby on foot. Thomas was friendly and flexible on times description departure. At the top to visit this beautiful region.

The house was clean and beautiful, with plentiful space, located in a peaceful, residential neighbourhood. We found the check in instructions clear and appreciated the ability to check in early. However, communication was lacking a bit, a question went unanswered during our stay and the house was missing an information folder one would expect from an Airbnb of this calibre, but luckily googling provided the answers needed. Also the pool was very cold in September, but refreshing. We enjoyed our stay!

This is a great place to stay if you want to see everything in Nice and the surrounding areas but want to stay in a peaceful and beautiful setting. American travelers should note that there is air conditioning downstairs only and the bedrooms are upstairs; however, the nights were cool enough in early July. Great place to stay and the hosts are very friendly.

We were really impressed with Cyril’s place. It felt very cute and full of character, as it was very old. Exactly what we had been looking for. The location was fantastic, as we could walk down to the beach in just minutes. Only slight issue was the lack of air con with the August heat, but this was mentioned before we booked, so our own mistake. Overall, we would definitely recommend you stay here. It was such a lovely stay, and so close to everything!

Really beautiful and spacious house. Had room for our entire family. Bathrooms were extremely nice to have space for everyone to shower. Laundry machines easy to use. The kitchen overlooked Nice and was beautiful to eat dinners in

We had a great stay at Laurie's apartment. The place is clean, well equipped and perfectly located. The terrace with sea view is a real plus, ideal for enjoying meals or just relaxing. Although we didn't meet Laurie in person, she was very available and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We'll be happy to go back!

Perfect self check-in, clean and functional accommodation, very nice villa with quiet pool. Close to all shops. Laurence was very responsive and attentive.

Geographically, great location. Indeed, nothing is lacking in this service, Serge really thought of everything. One downside is the very poorly placed toilet, no socket for the hairdryer, a curtain on the bedroom window would avoid being woken up by the light, and the lemon tree just outside the front door is very annoying. Your area is beautiful I still recommend Serge who is attentive

We had a lovely stay at Vincent and Angelica's airbnb. They were extremely communicative and gracious hosts and left very clear instructions, making check-in easy. We very much appreciated the local recommendations too. This a quiet neighborhood that feels like a retreat! We were a very short drive from several lovely beaches of Antibes as well as the old town. The property was well-maintained - the shared pool was very clean and so was the airbnb. Very convenient to have a parking space and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two fans and remained very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

The penthouse is as described and although refurbished a few years ago, it looks like done yesterday. Serge greeted us and gave us a quick tour. The location is easy to reach from airport with Uber or tram. The area has plenty of good restaurants even visited by locals (rue Bonaparte) and bakeries within walking distance (Bordonnat is the best). Easy to walk to Nice old town, beach or train station (Monaco Cannes Antibes). You cannot go wrong with booking this apartment.

The apartment is perfect for 2 people. We loved the little balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed and the apartement is next to a big supermarket. The public beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. The train station is also 15 minutes by walk and 5 minutes by bus away. It was very convenient go stay hier. :) Only the road can be a little bit loud in the night.
