Sole's house is even more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It was spotless when we got there and it was nice to find water and some sweet things that got us after the long trip, The location is perfect for touring emerald coast by car and beautiful and easily accessible beaches are very close, Shops of all kinds are 3 min drive Everything was spotless! Thank for having us!

This was our second stay at Patrizia's gorgeous house, we booked as soon as we got home after our visit the previous year, which probably is the highest recommendation I can give. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, rural location with stunning views over the surrounding hills and coastline. The house is rustic inside and out, in-keeping with the old Sardinian farm house that it was. It was clean and tidy inside, with everything that we needed during our stay. The surrounding gardens are left beautifully wild and we saw a variety of birds and wildlife during our stay (including tortoises!). Despite the rural location, it is still within easy driving distance of the beautiful coast, the town of Palau and surrounding countryside. The major supermarkets in Palau are approx' 20 minutes drive away and to get to the nearest beach is similar. We went for some amazing hikes during our stay with a mixture of coastal walks and mountain trails.

We had a very nice stay. We particularly appreciated the quiet location and the beautiful garden. You could walk to the beach in a few minutes. Restaurants and bars are also within walking distance. Those who come for kitesurfing or wind/wings surfing have it very close to the corresponding spots. The accommodation is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the area by rental car. You can easily park outside the house. Communication was flawless and very accommodating. We will come back very gladly!

Our stay was beautiful in Sardinia. Claudio helped us a lot, whether with the extra trip to Olbia or with the supposedly broken coffee machine. The apartment is quiet and is located in a beautiful valley...

Very good stay with Valeria and Alberto. We had very good communication from Valeria who gave us plenty of advice on places to visit, restaurants, markets... Everything you need for cooking was there. The apartment was very clean and the residence was safe. A 10min walk we were on the small promenade of the city center with children's games. Everything was perfect, thank you again. 😊

We stayed for 7 nights and we really liked the place, super calm, near the marina and the shopping center (walkable distance ) huge area where you can buy groceries, do shopping and eat fast local food. The home is ideal for 2/3 persons max, great garden, clean. The location is a bit far from the city center for those who don’t have a car or love walking, it could be an issue For us it wasn’t a problem I would definitely come back next time

Lovely place just outside the centre of Olbia with a really responsive host who gave lots of recommendations and how to get to different places. Highly recommend

Everything Perfect... Unfortunately, very quiet in October! Closed a lot! The place is great!

Good location to visit Bonifacio and surrounding areas. Lots of hiking to do on foot a short walk from the accommodation. Real dedicated parking on site and not if there is a spot for you. A lot of RBNB mentions that they have parking but most of the time has to find your own place in the village. This is not the case here. Beautiful grocery store 5 minutes walk away. Seemingly well-lit, efficient internet, and easy to use. Large TV with the option to watch Prime or Netflix. In conclusion, large accommodation for two, sunny with beautiful terrace. I recommend it without hesitation.

The accommodation is perfect as it is located in a quiet area and close to the beach and downtown. The village is beautiful and has many restaurants and bars. As for the place it has everything you need. The refrigerator is a little small and the sofa bed a little uncomfortable but in terms of cleanliness everything is great. The terrace is huge and there is a pool. There are linens and linens to spare for everyone. The bathroom is spacious with hairdryer. The hostess gives us food and drinks as soon as we arrive and she recommended many places to visit. She was very kind to us and very attentive. Thank you very much for everything

thank you Romina for your hospitality and availability, for our holiday week we had everything you need. The area is really excellent to enjoy the sea, to get around by car and to reach the center of San Teodoro. All services are close by. An extra point is for the accessibility to an ecological air inside the residence that allows you not to worry about the disposal of separated waste... aspect that in the previous stay (not here) had created not a few problems. Excellent apartment, very close to the beach and restaurants etc. Marina was very welcoming and helpful. It was a perfect place to stay and to relax after a busy couple of weeks moving around the island. Very chill, beautiful views, highly recommend.

Charlotte was particularly welcoming and caring. The apartment was very well located, very clean, well appointed, perfectly equipped and with comfortable bedding. A small supermarket with everything you need (including bread) is at the foot of the building. We had a great stay!

We had a great time at Alessandro's place which is very welcoming, friendly.. The very clean,modern, well equipped accommodation with sea view terrace. Alessandro his wife and daughter Irene are very responsive, they gave us good advice on restaurants, visits to do nearby I would definitely recommend housing. See you soon

Everything was fine, we enjoyed our stay at Valerios Apartment.

I had an extraordinary stay at Aurélie's place. Communication was smooth, accurate, and responsive for check-in and check-out. It feels good and deserves to be highlighted because this has not always been the case on other trips. The residence is very nice, clean and modern (barely a year). Quiet too but it's winter. The accommodation is just beautiful. The kitchen is modern, hyper-functional and the appliances are of excellent quality. Very convenient in the back kitchen. The decoration is in the air of the time and very good taste. All the comforts are there: Internet with excellent ping and speed, comfortable lounge and outdoor sofa, TV, walk-in shower. We see that the bedding is new and remarkably comfortable I was able to enjoy Aurélie's savvy advice from beautiful hikes by the sea, the Bonifacio Christmas market, little-known beaches and good local addresses. We had a wonderful time in Giulia's apartment. Dreamy beaches are nearby, each just a short car ride away. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the view from the terrace is beautiful! Giulia was always available and very accommodating!

Gloria is 100% reliable, organized and thought of everything! It gives tips for markets and neighboring places. She responds immediately or in a few minutes! The location is perfect for relaxing and you can retreat to the cute apartment after excursions and enjoy the magnificent view at any time of day! The supermarket is just a stone's throw away and has typical Sardinian but also national products at reasonable prices! All the people in the area were very friendly and accommodating. Two restaurants close by! I recommend the Yachting Club Vela Blu, which is very nice and you can also take the pizza to the apartment. I visited 6 swimming coves and beaches in the immediate vicinity. However, there are still countless swimming coves and beaches. Rotondo and Golfo Aranci are 10 min. by car! It was a very nice holiday! Tutto Fantastico!
