Property better than the photos Loved the pool and hottub. Could have stayed at the property all week but enjoyed several outings that are all worth doing (Nerja and Frigliana which are both just over 30 minutes drive) Drive up to the property from Sayalonga is quite the experience. Glorious mountain road (narrow and steep at times). Any car can manage it though and shouldn't put anyone off the property

My Family and I booked Tim’s place for a family holiday to celebrate my Dads 60th. We had a wonderful stay, really liked the area (peaceful but restaurants etc. just a 10 minute drive away). The house was very clean on arrival and we were greeted by Lee the Property manager who was on hand for any questions. The only thing that would’ve been good was to have an information book to refer to for local recommendations & general info etc. but appreciate this was being updated at the time we stayed so it wasn’t available. I’d like to note the pictures don’t do the views surrounding the property justice, they are completely breath taking! All in all a wonderful stay, we really enjoyed it! Thank you Tim 😊

This villa is spectacular and we will hopefully be back in the future. The views from the terrace are incredible. The size of the villa is excellent. The amenities are also excellent, there is nothing else you could ask for in a villa. The area is peaceful and everyone we met was friendly. The walks into the hills were stunning. The beach was quiet and lovely. Nerja was very close and made a lovely day out. Supermarkets are less than €10 by taxi. Only things to consider: it is at the top of a very big hill, which didn’t affect us at all, but if you are less mobile, it would be challenging… however it is incredibly easy to get taxis from the door. The washing machine door doesn’t open easily and takes a few times before the lock opens, I would avoid using this. I gather others have had the same problem because it looks as though someone has tried to prise the door open at some point. I honestly couldn’t rate this villa highly enough!

Paradise in rural Spain. Absolute privacy and beautiful gardens around the villa. Pool was lovely and clean and the local host was really helpful. Would definitely recommend the pool house accommodation as this was a cool self-contained annex from the main house. The access roads were accessible with the Opel Mocca that we hired.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Ivo's place. The pictures do not do it justice - it is simply stunning. The garden overlooks the beach and you could just spend hours looking across the sea! Really close to the town centre with restaurants a few minutes away. Beautiful villa in El Capistrano village

Beautiful villa, very spacious, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms. We were 3 sisters & spouses. One couple stayed the month of March while the other two couples stayed for 2 weeks. There is a bus stop close by for 1 Euro. For anyone with mobility issues the villa is located at the top of a steep hill, but the bus stop is very close & if you have a car there is no problem. We spent a lot of time on the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean, such an incredible view. There is also a roof terrace to watch the sunset. The villa was very clean with lots of linens & towels. Caroline answered all our queries promptly, and was an excellent host. There is a Mercadona grocery store at the bottom of the hill but we spent a lot of our time eating out at the excellent restaurants in Nerja. Nerja is a charming town keeping its Andalucía charm with a wonderful museum, many beautiful beaches & of course the historic Nerja Caves. I would highly recommend Nerja & Caroline’s charming Villa.
