Very good place, communication with David was amazing from the first day, he was attentive before, during and after that we left the place, the photos and the apartment is as seen in the photographs, nothing to say... The apartment met our expectations. Even with cloudy days we didn't get cold or have any complications. Massiel was super nice and I help us with check in and check out times. I recommend the apartment, it is also 1 block from the beach which makes it less noisy and avoid a possible taco of the av del mar. I would be happy again in the future.

We loved the place, everything organized and accurate, and the location is incredible because we went out to the avenue and the beach in front of our eyes and with an exquisite pool , it is the environment and ideal place for the holidays, the host is very attentive and worried about us, we will definitely come back another time.

The house is spotless, very clean, organized. It has many amenities, the kitchen utensils almost new, you can see the dedication to the house. On the other hand, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe, there are always guards, and even though it is close to the airport, the planes are not felt. Maria was always very attentive, given any inconvenience, she gave us a solution.

Impeccable stay, Don Patricio and his wife Cecilia were a 10 in the attention of the accommodation, the whole property was super clean and tidy, the space is perfect for two people, located in a quiet area and accessible to all the central places of the city. The house is tidy, clean and warm bedding, the bathroom is large and it was clean. TV in its main hab, double and in the living room, fast WiFi. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Large patio, enclosed, with awning that covers the sun and rains, good lighting? there is grill girl but super useful. We took our puppies so it was great to have an enclosed patio. In the front of the house you can park, if they are cars, two cars can enter two cars or if there are no visiting parking lots in the condominium. Surely we will return.

The kitchen has everything we need. In the bathrooms there are towels and toilet paper. The beds are super comfy. The apartment is very bright and has a terrace. There is internet connection and two smart tv to relax watching a movie.
