Pleasant environment, on one side the beach, on the other restaurants and shops. no need to take your vehicle to go shopping. discreet and responsive host. activities nearby: tree climbing, markets, fair... We really enjoyed this place for its decoration and location. We felt like home. Well-equipped, thoughtfully decorated bikes are a plus. The sea and the bike path are a stone's throw away. Possibility to buy seafood on foot at the Corniche pool. For us it was a perfect weekend. We'll be back.

We had a great time at the House Effect Sea.:) It is very easy to park close to the accommodation then the house is close to everything (the beach, the port, the center, the shops). The house is great, it is functional, well equipped, very clean and very nicely decorated. There were 7 of us with 1 baby, the studio allowed to create a quiet space for parents and baby. Thanks to Rose and Ludovic for making sure everything goes smoothly and for their responsiveness to our requests during the stay. A very nice rental for a stay by the sea, we recommend more!

A very pleasant accommodation. It has everything you can expect: comfort, space, well decorated, quiet, close to services and the beach. The best thing to highlight is the quality of the amenities. We are not on uncomfortable and difficult to use but on quality, which is very nice.

Nothing to say. The accommodation is true to the listing, the welcome is perfect. The house is very well equipped and the kitchen that overlooks the outside is a big plus. The proximity to the beach which is very very uncrowded is great. i highly recommend. Gilles

The house is extremely nice and pretty! Well appointed, very clean and tastefully decorated. The terrace and small garden are a real plus for this rental which was perfect for a family of 4. I particularly appreciate the linens that are provided allowing us to travel without having to bring sheets and towels. The host is also very responsive which facilitates communication! A beautiful apartment developing a very beautiful surface, allowing 7 people to stay without stepping on it. With 3 bathrooms, and a breathtaking terrace, the apartment is perfect for staying on vacation and is clean. The bedding is extremely comfortable.
