Villa vacation rentals in La Guajira

We really liked the house, the concept open and close to nature works very well in this tropical climate. The birds singing in the morning was great. Fans are en masse, and are much quieter and less invasive than the omnipresent air conditioning in cities. The girls bathed in the pool every day, immediately adopted Bachata the cat, and turned the 2nd floor into an adventure field. We extended our stay as long as possible to stay in Palomino as long as we could. Valere is a chic guy, always anxious to help and share his knowledge.

Casa Ocaso is spectacular. It is very close to the best restaurants and a few minutes walk from the sea. The design is beautiful, the spaces are spacious and full of natural light. Palomino usually goes the light but the house has solar panels so I had no problem working remotely, the internet is also excellent. The hosts leave you a message with clear check-in instructions to check in autonomously and also with very good recommendations of what you can do in the area, I received a quick response to all my requests. I would definitely go back!

Everything was great ! An ideal place to spend time as a family. All good. 10/10 recommended However: Courts of light are frequent. It is kicked out of the pool at 6 pm when the policy of the place is until 8. (not the host's fault but I didn't like it at all anyway) A room in the place has considerable humidity. (not serious, but they should do something)

We are a small family from Germany and the stay in palomino was super nice. Ofelia's house was a little private dream. The children enjoyed the pool very much. The location was great, as was the environment. The place was clean, very nice and cozy. There was plenty of room for everyone and the bedrooms were very pleasant.

The attention of Daniel and the ladies who help in the house was perfect, everything is very clean, it is a beautiful house even better than in the photos, we stayed a group of 14 people and it was perfect, we did not present any inconvenience and on the contrary they helped us in everything

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful place and can not recommend it enough. Everything was perfect and I don’t even know where to start with the list of things we especially enjoyed. The pool area was one of the nicest we ever spend time at. The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms cosy, the bathrooms always clean. I used the outside area as a working space and surrounded by lush greenery and colorful birds I got a ton of work done. We didn’t miss an AC too much since the breeze at night was always nice and fresh. The town is just a 15 minutes walk away and it always felt safe, even at night. Kathy, Jota and Theo are incredible nice people and helpful with absolutely everything we needed. We extended our stay three times and would come back within a heartbeat if we ever make it back to the coast of Columbia :)
