Vacation rentals in La Giunca-Mozzano

The place was really very nice and everything was as described. The location is really great, both the beach and Portovenere are just a short walk away. Directly in Portovenere, wonderful hiking trails start, so you hardly need the car...The garage is an absolute plus! The communication with Nicoletta was very easy and she gave all the important information in advance. After a few days, we were just allowed to move into an apartment with fantastic sea views and views of the bay, which we really found super nice and not self-evident. We would come back in a heartbeat and spend our vacation here! :)

Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

We felt immediately at home and comfortable. The landscape in the middle of the mountains was fantastic. The village small, charming and sleepy. A lot of effort was put into the decor of the house, it is attention to detail and cozy.

Super nice area. Beautiful pool and super lovely hosts. The arrival was no problem, even the somewhat arduous road was no longer an issue after the 2 driveway. I would just not recommend it with a deep car😉. The hosts were already on site and the check-in was a dream and can also be reached at any time. Will definitely come back. Absolutely recommended. 🫶

We had a lovely stay at Carlo and Elena's. The fenced garden and pool were a real plus. Not to mention all the little touches Carlo was able to have for us, and even a gift for our little puppy. The place is peaceful surrounded by mountains with beautiful views. We would recommend this house and its host because everything was perfect!

What a lovely place and host family. The hosts Barbara and Roberto live on site with their two lovely dogs Bianca and Camilla. They have a cat, a horse, cows and chickens. There’s a terrace you can use with a table to eat outside and the absolute highlight is the pool area, which looks even more beautiful than the pictures. So clean and taken care of, surrounded by many olive trees. The apartment offers everything you could need. We’ve absolutely loved our stay! The hosts don’t speak English, but their daughter Michela does and takes care of your booking and answers questions etc. She was also super friendly and helpful when I needed medical assistance. We spent a weekend there with some friends for a birthday reunion. The place is very spacious and ideal for large groups of people who search for some privacy/ peace. The outdoor space was actually better than the photos. The apartment on the ground floor is separated from the 2 upper ones, which provides extra flexibility. The owner was very responsive and helpful, even providing us with some supplies that we were missing for our gathering when the supermarkets nearby were closed. There is also bbq equipment available which can be easily used. In case of rain, the front terrace remains covered and has enough space to chill and nice lighting at night. We really had an unforgettable time there and we really hope to be able to go back!

When we arrived, we found that the pool was shared. This should have been clarified before booking. That said, everything else was perfect. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean. Carla was very nice. We had a wonderful stay.
