Vacation rentals in La Giunca-Mozzano

Fantastic location for all the things we were looking for in a holiday, the Beach is a Stones through away, Railway Station within walking distance. Would highly recommend this Gem of an Apartment as a base for discovery.

Castiglione is one of the most beautiful villages in Tuscany, and among the most beautiful in Italy. The accommodation allows a comfortable use of the services offered by the village, located less than a kilometer from the center to offer spaces with privacy and silence framed by the beautiful Apuan Alps. The house is large and well organized Living area with openings onto outdoor terraces and kitchen equipped with all basic necessities included. Sleeping area with 3 large bedrooms and two comfortable bathrooms. Raphael is an attentive host, but he does not reside in Castiglione. The lady who was supposed to welcome us was on vacation and so we checked in and checked out in complete autonomy. However, everything went well and the stay was pleasant. Definitely recommended!!!

Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

There were five of us (4 adults and one toddler) in Pietrasanta for two weeks. We felt very comfortable at the place. The house is beautiful and has a great garden with terrace. It was clean and there was everything you could ever need. Only the way to the beach and into town was a little longer than we thought. But it was still doable with the bikes. Frederico is a very nice host. He was always available, friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was very straightforward. All in all, we had a great time here and can definitely recommend the cottage. Thanks! 😊

We had a great time at Carlo and Elena's. The fenced garden and pool were real pluses. Not to mention all the little touches that Carlo had for us, and even a gift for our little puppy. The accommodation is peaceful surrounded by mountains with beautiful views. We would recommend this house and its host because everything was perfect!

We stayed in this house during the Lucca fair. The hosts immediately welcomed us warmly, together with the sweet little dog Luna, making us feel like we were at home. The house is located on a hill in Balbano, thus ensuring excellent silence. Having a large garden, it also has ample parking, which is not to be underestimated. The house is still being renovated so it is a nice house, but with some small details still missing. Overall a good experience.

We had a very relaxing few days staying with Lucy and her family, and their dog Amber. They were really friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any queries we had. The pool area was lovely, and extremely peaceful. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The village is small with a butchers and bakers, a couple of restaurants and a bar. We did a lovely circular walk from the property through the woods to the nearby hill top village, Castel Vecchio. There’s nothing in the village but it’s very pretty and the views are great. You need a car to get to the supermarket and Lucca is a very easy 20 minute drive away. We had a super time and thank you Lucy for your generous hospitality.
