The place had everything a larger group needs for a longer stay. Very clean with plenty of space. Only a 5 minute walk to the metro line.

Axelle is very responsive. Her father gave us the keys and showed us the space and showed all the amenities. The accommodation is very functional, well equipped, cozy and pleasant. Paul’s home is beautiful and very comfortable. I loved the fireplace and the thoughtful curation of books, art and vinyl records. Every detail invites you to relax and unwind. The garden is also very special. Paul is a very kind and generous host, and I’m grateful for his help and recommendations. Very good stay in Bagneux. The house was perfect for us 10. Close to the RER, it's very easy to get to Paris. Taous is a very responsive host, available if you have any concerns. We recommend

We stayed at Pierre's for the new year. The house is very clean and tastefully decorated. We particularly loved the wood burning stove and modern kitchen. Pierre is a very warm host who welcomed us and made us feel at home. He was also very quick to answer our questions and requests. The grounds and outdoor space are beautiful and we can't wait to return when the weather is more favorable.

Excellent stay, much more than we expected, especially for Elodie's attention. Always willing to help, far beyond what a host should. We had never had such excellent attention before. The apartment is just like the photos. Spacious, cute, and supremely clean. You feel better than at home. Elodie the best. We look forward to returning, we are definitely looking forward to staying longer.

The location was absolutely perfect with the metro, great shops and cafes close by. The BEST hot chocolate was at the shop around the corner with Belgium Waffles. Isabelle is the sweetest and we felt right at home. However, be prepared that there is only one toilet and there’s no closet space to hang any clothing. The host was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again!

Claire’s apartment was so spacious, which was important to us. We were traveling with our adult daughter and wanted space to relax after long days of sightseeing. I loved the balcony and the Christmas tree was a gorgeous touch. The street was so quaint with many bakeries, markets, and stores to shop in. I would definitely want to stay here again

It's a wonderful little loft. The patio/terrace was spacious and would be a great place to hang out and relax. Unfortunately, I was there in late January and it was pretty rainy most of my stay. Everything was clean and it was easy to find and there were clear instructions to get in. I had a great time!

Claire was really friendly and helped us with our travels by recommending a very useful transport app. She also amended our breakfast order with no fuss. In general, Claire is a responsive and proactive host! The apartment is just as described, the hot tub in the terrace is a great addition too! The location is ideal, only a few minutes walk from the local station, Porte d'Orléans. Would definitely recommend :)

We had a great stay at this apartment. We were here for Christmas and enjoyed having Christmas Eve dinner at the apartment. It was well set up for food preparation and the area has the most wonderful stores for buying the most delicious food! We loved the area, we felt very local and it was close to many train stations so easy to get anywhere in Paris quickly but you only need to leave the area to see the big touristy sights because the area is perfect for drinking/dining & shopping. The apartment was so spacious for a Paris apartment, it was the best we have ever stayed in and would stay there again in future. Alain and Eric were very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you!

My stay at Mélanie's went very well. The place was clean and nice. The host was responsive and thoughtful, and the bed was particularly comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend! 👍

Great apartment very close to the metro station. Close to many restaurants and shopping.

Judith and Cédric are the definition of super-hosts, highly responsive and you're unlikely to find a warmer welcome to Paris! Unfortunately my spoken french is no where near the level I wish it to be, however I was reassured to know that Judith and Cédric speak very good English and both had a great sense of humour to go with it. (Even when we managed to lock ourselves out!) The apartment itself was a joy to stay in, very clean with nice big windows throughout to let in good amounts of natural light and spacious. But most importantly it was very quiet and this couldn't have been a greater relief after 8-9hrs travelling by car from England, you wouldn't think you're in the central Paris! The local area is very walkable neighbourhood and you have a well stocked Carrefour at the end of the street for groceries. Also Canal St Martin is only a 5 minute walk away as well as a Metro station. All in all, a very delightful visit and would happily stay again!

Very good stay at Franck's. Franck is very responsive and friendly: perfect welcome (even the coffee was ready when we arrived). The apartment is very clean, nice with its small terrace and very quiet. It perfectly matches the description and photos. The accommodation is very well located, close to public transport (bus, metro) and very close to shops. I would highly recommend it

We had wonderful stay in Etienne’s and Vincent duplex apartment. Apartment was very clean, great instructions and easy to find. Apartment looks wonderful like on pictures. The apartment is modern decorated and has all facilities. Very comfortable bed, especially my wife like it as she usually has problems with sleeping. 12 min walk from train Station which is good link to Central Paris. It’s located in quite neighbourhood. Thank you Vincent for your recommendations and help. It was pleasure to stay in your property, we really felt like home. We Highly recommend Etienne’s property.
