It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. The place is just perfect. Quiet, clean, bright, and very spacious. I recommend this place for a short stay for families or groups of friends.

When you stay at Isabel's beautiful home you enter an enchanted world. You arrive at the gate to the private street and Isabel greets you and escorts you up the cobbled street, through a bower of flowering shrubs to her door. Avenue Frochot was developed in the 1830s and became the home to luminaries of the art and literary worlds of late 19th century Paris. While retaining all of the charm of this storied street, Isabel has renovated this two story space to the highest contemporary standards. All of the appliances are high end and meticulously maintained. The bedroom and spacious bathroom with excellent shower are on the second level and there is a daybed and another excellent shower and powder room on the first floor. The open plan kitchen, dining area, living room on that level look out on the garden through a double height window. Throughout there is beautiful and sophisticated lighting . Isabel is a kind, thoughtful and brilliant host. the best we have ever encountered.

Paul’s home is beautiful and very comfortable. I loved the fireplace and the thoughtful curation of books, art and vinyl records. Every detail invites you to relax and unwind. The garden is also very special. Paul is a very kind and generous host, and I’m grateful for his help and recommendations. I’d return to Paris, not just for the city, but to experience the stay at his home all over again. Thank you.

The house was as described, very large for two families (there were 9 of us). The super-equipped kitchen, spacious and comfortable dining room and living room, large bedrooms, and comfortable beds. Plenty of bath linens. Also equipped with children's games. Great proximity to the rer and functional location to the city (convenient to reach in about 20 minutes by rer, but located in a quiet place away from the chaos). Very close to a large supermarket and the pharmacy. An added value, however, was Taous, the owner who was able to respond promptly and in a very simple but effective way to our requests. We had a small problem with the heating, he immediately sent us a person and then he still intervened to arrange the best. In addition, he gave us a lot of useful information for the stay. In short, a stay that made us feel at home! We highly recommend it

I had a wonderful stay at the villa! The home was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making it feel like a true home away from home. Our host and on site staff were incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Great stay at Christine's place! The accommodation is very nice and everything is functional. The setting is peaceful and surrounded by nature. Christine and her husband are very welcoming and full of tips to make the stay enjoyable! The bedding (bed and clic clac) is really very good! Small originality: the toilet is like a throne with their 3-4 steps that allow access! Stay to be repeated!

Laura’s place was super cute and it was easy to reach attractions and other sites in the city on the metro. Would stay here again!

We are very satisfied with our stay in the apartment. Everything was as described, it was clean, the apartment had everything we needed, and the host was very communicative. The neighborhood is quiet, nice and many dining options available and easy and close access to the main attractions of Paris. We highly recommend choosing this apartment.

The location was absolutely perfect with the metro, great shops and cafes close by. The BEST hot chocolate was at the shop around the corner with Belgium Waffles. Isabelle is the sweetest and we felt right at home. However, be prepared that there is only one toilet and there’s no closet space to hang any clothing. The host was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again!

Hannah and Reuben's flat was a dream! Private, secure, and full of unique Parisian charm, it was exactly as described and wonderful to stay in. Close to the Metro, it was a lovely spot to retreat to after a day out and about.

Really cosy, nicely decorated and spacious apartment, with everything you need during your stay. Good communication with Charlotte and her parents living next door. Really felt like our home in Paris.

Claire was really friendly and helped us with our travels by recommending a very useful transport app. She also amended our breakfast order with no fuss. In general, Claire is a responsive and proactive host! The apartment is just as described, the hot tub in the terrace is a great addition too! The location is ideal, only a few minutes walk from the local station, Porte d'Orléans. Would definitely recommend :)

Sophie is a wonderful host, it was great to meet her. I am grateful for her understanding and willingness to help with my problem. Alain and Eric are exceptional hosts. So kind and welcoming to share their gorgeous apartment. Spotless with high quality linens. Comfortable beds and completely quiet in the heart of Paris. The garden is amazing but unfortunately too cold for us to fully enjoy this time of year. We will be back!!

Judith and Cédric are the definition of super-hosts, highly responsive and you're unlikely to find a warmer welcome to Paris! Unfortunately my spoken french is no where near the level I wish it to be, however I was reassured to know that Judith and Cédric speak very good English and both had a great sense of humour to go with it. (Even when we managed to lock ourselves out!) The apartment itself was a joy to stay in, very clean with nice big windows throughout to let in good amounts of natural light and spacious. But most importantly it was very quiet and this couldn't have been a greater relief after 8-9hrs travelling by car from England, you wouldn't think you're in the central Paris! The local area is very walkable neighbourhood and you have a well stocked Carrefour at the end of the street for groceries. Also Canal St Martin is only a 5 minute walk away as well as a Metro station. All in all, a very delightful visit and would happily stay again!

We are regulars of this accommodation and come back because it is perfectly suited to our search: good value for money, quiet, good level residence, close to metro line 10 which quickly brings us to the center of Paris. Boulogne is also a city that smells a bit of the province while being very close. The Sunday morning Escudier market (about 300m) is worth a visit.

Very quiet and easy house to stay in.Enzo-san is very kind to buy water, coffee, etc. on the day of arrival.Perfect for those who work remotely in the room or cook their own meals.I have used Airbnb in the 20th arrondissement, but this house is convenient because it is almost in the 16th district and a short taxi ride to Beauvais Airport and CDG. You are a lovely host.I can recommend it for you!
