Really spacious for a studio flat. The pull down bed is a great solution to having genuine sleeping arrangements, unlike the genetic sofa beds that you'd usually find in places like this.

Ideal location, quiet while being literally at the foot of the historic center of Embrun. Nice apartment, tastefully decorated and well-equipped, with impeccable cleanliness! Very good communication from the hosts too, who were responsive and accommodating. I recommend without hesitation!!!

Very nice stay. Apartment: Risoul comfort accommodation , quality label. Very clean accommodation, well arranged, all the essentials for a good holiday spent from August 10 to 17. A terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountains and the resort. The 4* residence with swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, games room: billiards, pinball, ping, foosball. Very clean premises, swimming pool.. cleaned every morning. regular water check... Large parking lot in front of the residence. no problem with parking. Risoul 1850 resort with a lot of activity ( hikes,mountain biking, etc. ) restaurant, convenience store, various shops.. A cinema and a medical house.. A high quality apartment, a top Risoul 1850 resort. Thanks to Cynthia for her kindness and flexibility when handing over the keys. Very good communication. Communication with our hosts was a great deal and check-ins and checkouts were flexible. The apartment is perfect, large, bright, warm, cozy and clean. The location is perfect, being a few minutes from the center, slopes and ski rental downstairs from the apartment. What more can you ask for? Come back as soon as possible 😉

A wonderful week in a wonderful apartment... Ideally located, 2 steps from the chairlift, in the heart of the resort. Extremely clean, tastefully furnished, clean and comfortable bedding, hyper equipped studio... absolutely nothing is missing! Genevieve is very nice, full of advice on the resort, very considerate. Philippe who welcomes you is super responsive and very accommodating. With Genevieve everything is clear, accurate and I really appreciate it. Excellent accommodation. Beautiful mountain view. Everything nearby. Ski box: access to the 1st lifts after climbing a few steps. The parking space in the basement is a big plus. Heated pool and Sauna a stone's throw away! I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Modern apartment, nicely renovated . A large bathroom with bathtub and the track view terrace are really the bonuses of this apartment in a great location! I'll be glad to come back. Responsive and friendly host.

The apartment is well arranged and above all super well-equipped, and qualitatively. The gentleman at the reception not very nice for private apartment guests refused to give us the wifi code. Christel is very responsive she is a perfect host.

Enjoy your stay in Vars. Jessica is responsive and has great advice for activities and restaurants. We were amazed by the Val d 'Escreins! Ideal for 4 people. Well soundproofed. The apartment is well equipped, including the kitchen, we enjoyed the Tupperwares, aluminum, stretch film, very useful. Dogs are allowed and this is a real plus for us. Too bad everything or almost pays with Odalys: parking, dog, wifi (slow...), laundry and drying (€10), hammam... the pool is clean. To be reviewed: the quality of the beds, the cover of the sofa that suffered well, the vacuum cleaner that hardly sucks...

We had a wonderful two weeks at Michel and Geraldine’s fabulous house in the Haute-Alpes. The area is beautiful and the view from the house itself is stunning. The house has everything one would require and more - our kids loved the indoor swimming pool and the downstairs basketball/table tennis/badminton etc area, plus the pétanque outside! The house can be warm at night but fans are provided and breezes can easily be created through the windows and doors on all sides. The kitchen and all other areas are fully equipped, excellent WiFi etc. Very much recommend!
