We had a great Christmas at the villa. This house is amazing. Very warm, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We highly recommend it.

Fantastic holiday, stunning villa and really well equipped. We loved the pool and bbq was great too. Excellent location with easy access on bike to Saint Martin de Ré and also great beaches like Gros Joncs. Sad to leave!

We had a pleasant stay in this house with exceptional services (the house has quality amenities). An owner takes great care of his hosts. The accommodation is close to the port beach, shops and market. Everything is there for a dream vacation.

We all enjoyed your beautiful house. We appreciated the artistic style of the place and the relaxed feel of somewhere that is loved very much. We appreciated the design of the place and the inside and outside spaces, the generous amount of wonderful kitchen equipment, the games cupboard, the dartboard, and most of all the wonderful swimming pool was really enjoyed by everyone. We enjoyed the location very much. Being able to easily walk to the daily market, to the beach or to cafe's and restaurants lent joy and ease to our stay. For our 3-day stay, the house met our expectations. Interaction with the host or lockey concierge was quick and efficient from start to finish. We were able to enjoy an early check in and a late check out that allowed us to enjoy our stay on site. The amenities are at their best and comfort is present in every room in the house. I recommend this house which is a 10min drive from downtown La Rochelle.

We had a wonderful week in this house, tastefully decorated, nothing is missing, cleanliness is great, really a peaceful oasis. but the asset of this house is Clara and Pascal the owners of a kindness and a benevolence rare nowadays, really very beautiful people that we will not forget. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Neptune immensely. It is a beautiful, well equipped, house right next to the beach and ocean and in close proximity to the marché couvert and the twice weekly market, bakeries, and all other stores. This house is perfect for large groups, ours was a family gathering and it was ideal for us. We stayed on site a lot, cycling, walking and swimming in the ocean and it the pool. Parking is also on site. The kitchen is equipped with everything one would want. Fréderique and the local contact were very responsive. We enjoyed sunsets over the ocean from the two decks, and breakfast in the back yard. It was extraordinarily beautiful and peaceful. In early June it is still very quiet in Châtelaillon Plage. Close by attractions abound, such as the Ile d’Oléron, Brouage, Ile de Ré and La Rochelle. We will be happy to return!

We had the most perfect stay. Jerome and his family greeted us and were very helpful and kind and friendly. The facilities were perfect for family living. The pool was excellent. The beds were really comfortable and the blackout blinds allowed us all to sleep so well. For runners/walkers/cyclists - the surroundings are perfect - lots of flat paths to follow through fields without cars! Beautiful sunsets 🌅 too! Fantastic local amenities (park, supermarket, boulangerie etc) and only a short drive to La Rochelle. We didn’t want to leave! We will certainly be returning in the future! Thanks so so much. We had a very enjoyable stay at Agnes‘s place. The house was very spacious and private as it is surrounded by its own private garden. We have a 2 year old son and the set up was perfect for him: the garden was completely enclosed and so was a very safe space for him to play in as we could be confident that he would not be able to run into the road and whilst we had use of a nice swimming pool which was a few minutes walk (in the Domain) the pool was not directly accessible from the house. Finally, there were no stairs to worry about as all rooms were on the ground floor. Our nanny came for part of our holiday, she was able to stay in the separate annex, which was greatly appreciated. The house’s location was fantastic as it was only five minutes walk from the wonderful sandy beach Plage des Prises. It was so convenient to be within walking distance of the beach and near the centre of Couarde, which was about a 25 minute walk. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

We had a pleasant stay in this magnificent villa. The house is spacious and privacy is assured, as the villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, a real plus! The kitchen is very well-equipped: you can't miss anything. The bedding is of excellent quality and we really enjoyed the spacious terrace to enjoy the sun. Another highlight: the perfectly heated pool that made our moments of relaxation even more enjoyable. Tristan, our host, was very helpful, always available to resolve every detail. In short, a perfect place for a holiday with peace of mind. We will go back without hesitation!

This is probably the most beautiful little street in saint Marie de re in my opinion. We couldn’t have been happier here. We can’t wait to come back. The house is absolutely gorgeous.
