Very pleasant stay in this maisonette. It is very clean and is located at the back of the garden; the entrance is through the main house of the owners who are very welcoming.

Super great accommodation, very clean in a great setting with the pond right next door. With lots of care. That's really awesome. Thierry is a super nice host and very helpful. I had booked this peaceful little Cocon to celebrate my 50th birthday with my parents and my little dog, and we were delighted! The Cocon looks like the photos in every way, Thomas was very responsive before and during the stay, I even had a little attention for my birthday when I arrived! The cottage is charming, cozy, with all the necessities, a private space, very peaceful. All that was missing was the sun, compensated by the warmth of the wood-burning stove 😊 We will be happy to come back next time to enjoy the rose garden in bloom. Thanks again, it was perfect!

Patrice is a very nice person, and listens to issues. I was lucky enough to connect with him and it was a real pleasure. I recommend it. Simple accommodation with all the amenities you need inside. Good location in addition, because close to the center of La Flèche.

We had a totally magical three nights at this wonderful place. Nestled amongst woodland with nothing but the sound of birds to enjoy, this haven is a unique and special place to stay. We felt incredibly lucky to have found it and to have had the privilege to stay here. We greatly enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen with views of the trees and playing scrabble by the magnificent fireplace during the cosy, cooler evenings. Our lucky dog had the run of the house and land and couldn’t have been happier. So much history, style and beauty - we will be back for sure! Thank you, Cyril for sharing your place with us. Odile is a great host. The house is large and nice. Only 40min from the Spire Zoo and a beautiful nearby park with farm animals: chicken, rooster, mule, pig, alpaca, goat and goat. Great for a large family, we were 6. 2 adults and 4 children. Games and books are available. A small bag of artisanal Sablé is offered as a welcome. It's very appreciated, thank you very much. Bed linen and bath linens are available (with a financial supplement). Looking forward to staying again.

Very clean apartment with all the amenities you need inside. Located in a quiet location, private parking, perfect for me, I will come back. Of course if you want to go out on foot in the evening, it's not what you need.

The studio proposed by Delphine is very well located: very close to the city center and small shops (bakery, butcher...) We also appreciated the possibility of flexible check-in. It is also ideally located for visiting the castles. We recommend without a problem!

Very good week in Carole's studio. Although it is part of his house, it is independent and well insulated. I did not meet Carole but the exchanges were very cordial and friendly.

Even though I was very often outside the accommodation for appointments, every moment in the accommodation with the terrace was peaceful! I have rarely met such a dedicated ,available and accommodating person! You can go there with your eyes closed!

An extended night. The children appreciated the setting and the amenities offered by Celine's accommodation (swimming pool, foosball, ping pong and the layout of the accommodation that totally changed them👌). the sauna is a little plus much appreciated after a long day on the road. The welcome was at the top with clear explanations and Celine is responsive and understanding (several times for check-in😅). Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness.

We had a lovely stay in Corinne's cottage. It is is in a very quiet street but within easy reach of the river Loire. Everything we needed had been provided. We appreciated the bottle of wine in the fridge too! The garden and terraced area were a real bonus as the weather was warm enough to eat outside. Although not in residence nearby, Corinne was easy to reach by email and very quick to respond. The phone call to check that we had settled in was a nice touch. The area is lovely with plenty of historical places to visit nearby. We would recommend a holiday here.
