Linda and Alex's villa is in a beautiful & peaceful location, it has a fantastic swimming pool and beautiful gardens with lots of things to do – table tennis, swimming, boules, & relaxing 😌 The area is wonderful with lots of River swimming and beautiful towns all within a 10/15 minute drive We will definitely be returning

Fantastic property in a great location. We loved how private it felt whilst still only being a short hop to breath taking locations. The pool is outstanding and everything is clean and catered for. If you want to visit a beautiful place, receive a wonderful warm welcome and be sad to leave then this is the place for you!

A big thank you to Sylvette for hosting us and for her discretion. A peaceful place to gather in peace and quiet and enjoy the cottage and private pool! The location is perfect between Perigueux and Bergerac! Thanks again to Sylvette and I would fully recommend the cottage.

Very great accommodation. Extremely clean and well-equipped. Pleasant setting. Very good communication and responsiveness, the hosts were accommodating during the stay. I recommend it and hope to return in the summer to enjoy the outdoors.

A real breath of fresh air in a beautiful house, perfect for a weekend with friends and family. The setting is peaceful, the ideal location, and everything is designed to make you feel good. Florence is a lovely host, attentive and always available. It felt like home there… and we already want to come back!

Very good stay in Sylvie's house, very close to Sarlat. The house is clean, very well equipped and we enjoyed the indoor and heated pool. Sylvie and Jerome are very welcoming and available. We'll be back without hesitating.

Welcome nickel, Stéphane is super nice, we are quickly comfortable. The house is well heated, the shower is hot and the bedding is excellent. The forest less than a hundred meters away allowed children to have fun in complete safety. Some cooking utensils would need to be replaced... A small detail that didn't stop us from having a really nice time in this house. I recommend it without a problem.

We only stayed 3 days without unfortunately being able to enjoy the very beautiful swimming pool due to capricious weather, but enjoyed the many quality appliances, sufficient dishes, etc. The house is very well equipped and very clean. Our host was responsive and attentive to our comfort.

Very nice accommodation, in perfect condition, it seems almost new. The common areas are very nice, large, nicely decorated and the bedrooms are also very nice and comfortable. Everything is perfectly equipped, especially the kitchen: everything is there, including nice large wine glasses. Large garden behind the house with covered terrace; it was not the barbecue season but it makes you want to come back!

Nice, clean accommodation, true to the photos. We had a lovely stay in Périgord Noir as well as in the house offered by Thierry, who was also a very pleasant host! You can go there without so much as a second thought, thank you again for everything. ☺️💐

Ideal place for a family vacation, the setting is wonderful, everything is very well maintained, whether it's the manor, the mill or the park. There are many toys and games for children, the activities offered can also entertain adults (ping-pong, foosball, trampoline, swimming pool, petanque, etc.) In this ideal setting you can also isolate yourself to read, paint, or simply rest as there is so much space. We had a wonderful weekend that delighted the grandparents, parents and small children who are already talking about next year. We thank Marie and Pierrick very much who hosted us very well, and whose main concern must be the well-being of their visitors, in any case, that's what we felt. On vacation with friends (12 people children/teenagers/adults) we had a very pleasant stay. The accommodation is peaceful and well located (caves of Lascaux, Tourtoirac, Pompadour, Uzerche.....), lots of activities for the evenings ( swimming pool,spa, billiards, foosball) allowed us to spend real moments of relaxation. Sylvette and her husband are friendly and very responsive. Thanks to them!

We had a great family stay at Sandrine's house. The place is perfect for a family, the house is spacious, very pleasant and very well located, on foot from the city center of Perigueux. I highly recommend it!

Lovely gîte in beautiful setting with fantastic outside spaces. Superb pool with beautiful views towards Sarlat. Wonderfully equipped accommodation with everything you could need. It was lovely to turn up and have the beds made and not have to shop for any of the essentials such as dishwasher tablets, bin bags etc. Katie was a wonderful host, with a great knowledge of the area. She provided an excellent welcome pack which we really appreciated. We had a fantastic time and would not hesitate to recommend.

Peaceful and pleasant, I had a very nice stay with my children. Vast and secure. I was pleasantly surprised to see that all the amenities were very well maintained and allowed the children to walk safely. There's a variety of things to do. I highly recommend it!

The house was as described and very comfortable. It’s set in a very peaceful location but not far from amenities and picturesque bastide towns. Owners are next door but respect your privacy and helpful if needed. Kaya the dog is super!

Great weekend with the family in great calm and close to Sarlat and its surroundings for beautiful visits.

Fabulous gite in a gorgeous setting.

Very good villa in a quite location near Sarlat centre. A little too far to walk to the town centre (steep narrow roads), however Emmanuelle gave us directions to a free car park which was only 2 minutes from the villa and only a 5 minute walk to town. The villa is equipped with a good range of facilities, including dishwasher, large fridge freezer and washing machine. Plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery/cooking pans. There are 4 good sized bedrooms, 3 with en-suite facilities and one with only a bath, which was a little inconvenient as the toilet was outside the room. There is a good gas fired barbeque at the front of the villa with comfortable outside dining facilities. The pool area is very nice and secluded. It has good quality sun loungers and a couple of easy chairs under a gazebo. It was a little too cool to use the swimming pool during our visit, however it should be very pleasant in warmer weather. Everyone had a great time.
