Vacation rentals with a patio in La Défense

This is a very well located quite modern apartment in Paris XVIe arrondissement. We loved how close it was to the Passy market, and to an excellent array of shops including La Grande Épicerie - an offshoot of one of the best food shops in Paris. The host was excellent and flexible. The apartment had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. One caveat was that the apartment may not be suitable for very young children - the stairs are steep - and there is a very high (around 2 metre) drop from the top floor without any guardrails - we needed to be very vigilant with our 3yo and block it out with suitcases. Despite this our kids loved the large smart TV, the kitchen was well appointed and the dining area is perfect for family meals - and I can imagine that in the summer the balcony would be marvellous.

Beautiful very large secure apartment with easy access to the bus line. Nathalie was a gracious host and we really enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant apartment, well-equipped, peaceful, close to the Canal de l 'urcq and Parc des Buttes Chaumont... Shops and metro nearby.. we spent 3 days there and clement was very nice in the exchanges... Nois will be back with pleasure...

Perfect location! Perfect host! Nathalie's apartment is comfortable, fully equipped, and a good size for one or two people. Nathalie made the check in and check out process very easy and was 100% responsive if we had a question. She was, indeed, the perfect host, and we can't thank her enough for listing her apartment on Airbnb. The apartment, located in Châtenay-Malabry, is literally across the street from the ville of Sceaux which has good shopping and restaurants and a beautiful chateau and parc that is open to the public. The apartment is also a very short walk to the RER Line B which puts you in the center of Paris in just over 20 minutes. In short, the apartment ticks all boxes for either a short or longer visit.

Located in a housing city, the apartment is about ten minutes from a metro. In the immediate vicinity is a pharmacy, two bakeries, a GB express, and a supermarket. The apartment is in a quiet environment. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, spacious and the small terrace is a plus when the weather is nice. In the apartment is all the basics for cooking which is much appreciated. Small downside but Anastasia's place has nothing, the neighborhood lacks nice places to have a drink or eat. Anastasia is a very attentive host to our requests and very accommodating. A big thank you.

A pretty little apartment with good metro connection. Unfortunately, there are areas that are better not to visit alone at night that are also not really pretty. But we had no problems with that The apartment itself has everything you need and the host team is very thoughtful and kind. We got an immediate answer to every question and also a few nice tips. On New Year's Eve we found a tray of flower arrangement, champagne, glasses and champomy (for children) in the apartment. It was very cute. Right in the building is a LIDL which was very convenient. The apartment's own parking space in a locked parking garage is appreciated by anyone who has ever been to PAris by car and was looking for a parking space there. From our side, this apartment gets a positive recommendation.

We loved our stay at Adrienne’s place. It is their home so is completely in the spirit or Airbnb and it has the character that comes with staying in someone’s home. We were 6 people there over New Years with our adult children and their partners, and the comfortable living room was fantastic for hanging out and visiting. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery. The entire apartment was very quiet, as it is in a back courtyard. Adrienne left us Nescafé pods, bread and spreads for breakfast (although we went to a nearby boulangerie everyday for pastries) and a bottle of wine that we had for our New Years dinner. She was very responsive and friendly. The location is a lovely residential neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby are we were able to take the metro everywhere. I highly recommend Adrienne’s place!

This is a great house and Slawek is a great host! There were five of us and we were comfortably accommodated, but the bunk bed in the children's room is designed for small children) The house is very comfortable wooden. It's easy to breathe in it. Very comfortable pillows. There are a lot of household appliances in the house. Everything is of very high quality. The house is very cozy and beautifully decorated. The Christmas tree and the present from Slawek were a great addition to our wonderful mood!

This house looked exactly like the pictures and the host was amazing. We had a co-host meet us to walk through the house, plus there were video instructions on how to use all the appliances. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. The bathrooms were fully stocked with towels and travel toiletries. The house was very clean, organized and fit our two families well. We had two sets of parents, 1 teenager and 2 pre-teens and everyone had their own space. The house itself is also beautifully remodeled. We used uber most of the time to get around, but the house is walking distance to public transportation too. There's also a Franprix within walking distance for household food and items. I would highly recommend this house and host to everyone.

Pierre was a thoughtful, responsive, and all in all amazing host! The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus an aunt and a dog :) Super comfortable and complete. The location is great for parking the car and having a good resting point in a cozy suburb (groceries, bakery in walking distance) The only thing to keep in mind is that the new public transport system in Paris segregates tickets for bus VS metro/rail - which makes the home location a bit far to walk to the nearest train station (~1.5km). We still thought it was worth it! Would stay there again if/when we come back to Paris :)

Noémi and Guillaume are very kind, discreet and attentive hosts. Communication was very prompt and efficient. The house, which is a longhouse, is full of charm and combines with old and modern perfection. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and amenities were really great. The accommodation is very clean and tastefully decorated, you immediately feel very good there. Lots of little attention from Noémi and Guillaume, towards us at check-in and for our toddler. Finally, the place is quiet and the accommodation is very secure and quiet, the garden has a very cute terraces and is surrounded by a fence and hidden by plants for more privacy and security, very little or no vis-à-vis. Perfect for families and couples of friends with its 3 bedrooms and many children's amenities in particular. High quality service, highly recommend.

Great place away from all the tourists but close enough to get to all the sights of Paris by metro and bus. Plenty of good restaurants and small grocery stores in the neighbourhood. The apartment is quite spacious by Paris standards and has a large very well equipped kitchen. The apartment was clean and uncluttered and we felt very comfortable and slept very well in the large bed and quiet surroundings. Olivier was always quick to respond and always very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in amazing Paris.

Eva's flat was very charming in a location really easy to get to. We often just walked rather than taking the metro but when we wanted to take the metro it was super accessible. The neighborhood is quite urban and lively. We jogged along the Canal Saint-Martin, enjoyed meandering around the city and also relaxing in her cozy flat. The bed is very comfortable, we slept really well. Her flat is lived in which brings an added charm, with good light on the 5th floor. She always answered my messages really quickly and had great restaurant recommendations. We especially appreciated her flexibility with check-in. We arrived on the last train and picked up a key at a hotel around the corner from her flat. Eva is friendly and easy going and we would absolutely stay again.

Host was so sweet! Met us at the apartment and was flexible after our flight was 4hours delayed. Baked us treats on arrival and departure. Ensured we had everything we needed for our stay and checked in with us regularly. Gave many recommendations including recs for our next destination as she has worked in the travel industry! Great experience!

Very nice accommodation, clean and perfectly in line with the listing photos. The hosts are warm and the interaction with them was seamless and responsive. The apartment, located on the ground floor of their house, is completely independent, offering comfort and privacy. An experience that I recommend it without hesitating!

We spent two days at Hélène's for the Rock en Seine festival, it's the perfect base: close to the metro, the neighborhood has all the amenities of many restaurants. The apartment is very quiet, Hélène is very attentive so that her guests don't miss anything. The bedding is comfortable. I would this property.

We had a wonderful stay at Eric’s apartment. Everything from communication from Eric, proximity to Stade de France, metro and great value restaurants locally. We wouldn’t hesitate to return next time we are in Paris. The apartment was beautiful and the outside terrace perfect. Thank you Eric.

Very nice apartment 5 minutes from Schneider Electric the only catch was the shower head full of limestone. Now it's functional 😉
