Our stay with Élise and Yann went perfectly well. The house is designed to accommodate a group of adults and children and especially functional and very well equipped. Mélanie who welcomed us for the key exchange was able to answer all our questions. The location of the house, close to the beach and also to the TER train station to improvise a passage in La Rochelle is a real asset. We'll be back with pleasure, maybe in summer this time. Nice home with plenty of space for a large family. Lovely outside space for when the weather is nice. Walking distance to the marina and plenty of restaurants. You can get a sea bus to the old port. Overall a nice house in a good location. Hosts were very nice and provided good suggestions for local restaurants and amenities.

Communication with our hosts went very well! The house is in a good location. Close to essential shops and not only, doctor and bike rental too and at the same time on a quiet street! The house is well equipped and clean. The Jacuzzi is exceptional! Spacious and clean and set in a good spot. Everything was superb to rediscover this island dear to our heart. Don't hesitate!

Absolutely wonderful house! Highly recommend. The house is beautiful and very well equipped, you can find all you need for a lovely stay in the beautiful île de re. There is a daily market 5minutes bike ride, and a supermarket. The swimming pool is delightful, heated, the house offers 2 space for sleeping, on in the main house with 2 bedrooms and one in a side building with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom which makes is very well suited for 2 families. Thanks a lot to our hosts that made us feel like at home.

Brilliant, modern, clean, close to La Rochelle/ Isle de Re - Local area has good shops and restaurants, 5 mins drive to Big SuperU - 10 mins walk to the seaside and a lovely beach walk - head for La Plomb great if you want amazing fresh seafood. Back to the House, amazing swimming pool, heated and in an excellent sun-trap area, shower was V. hot and powerful, beds are excellent, lovely and dark at night - so much room everywhere - Kitchen has everything you need with a super fridge and easy to use oven. Media all excellent (two lounges and two TV's) and Netflix available. Very secure, Verisure Alarm system fitted and easy to use. Visit Isle de Re, The Bunker Museum, Aquarium, Cognac Tasting at Chateau de la Peraudiere (20 mins drive) Fantastic Tour. 2 Hour Walking Tour of La Rochelle - Super...an excellent holiday

Great communication with hosts who provided all the details about the home and environment. Very well furnished accommodation with all the amenities you need for those who want to cook. Quiet location. matches the photos and descriptions perfectly. The pool and the rest Perfect for a stay to visit La Rochelle and the Île de Ré (note: for bike lovers you can go to the Lighthouse at the tip of the island and back, it's 78 km and the tracks are not crowded outside of the summer season... We were delighted to spend a few days in this accommodation: it is very well located, very clean, consistent with the photos, the place is quiet and peaceful and the interior is well appointed. There is everything you need on site, the bedding is of good quality. The balcony with sea view as well as the private parking space are a real plus. The hosts were kind and responsive.

Impeccable accommodation, the location of the apartment in relation to the island is first class. We slept very well, the apartment is quiet in a private residence where cars do not circulate... we left our 🚲 at the foot of the stairs that lead to the apartment without any worries. We highly recommend it, our hosts were lovely and very available.

Easy to access and ideally located to visit La Rochelle peacefully, everything is done on foot and it's pleasant. The accommodation is well equipped with dishes as well as linens and has a pleasant balcony in the morning for breakfast. The little plus is the pool, all together to have a good stay. Good communication with Philippe who is responsive. We enjoyed our stay in La Rochelle, and we'll be back soon.

ideally located, the accommodation is convenient / functional, slightly far from the city center ( 400/500m) which allows you to enjoy everything on foot and by bike. " master " outbuilding is a real plus. the railway right behind the house is surprisingly not at all. We will regret the cleanliness of the accommodation on arrival as well as the garbage cans of previous occupants due to the off-season collection that takes place during the week . if we had to find a defect, maybe the lack of high / low noise insulation in the house .

house in a new subdivision located in a locality. Quiet +++. Walking tour in the surrounding marshes, car to arrive very quickly at daily or leisure amenities (beaches, markets, marshes, etc.). Being 2 couples with small children, the layout allowed to have our 2 places of nights + shower + toilet separated (practical to be independent). House where all the amenities are well thought out, clean, accordingly and even for the children, very appreciated! thank you 😉 Pool and garden pool and garden pool at the top and secure thank you for the stay at your property 👍 just a downside odor for the shower master suite, we warned. We used the spacious master bathroom with a nice organization 😁 because 4 adults and 3 children.

Pleasant house, close to the ocean, quiet, very well equipped (dishes, games, mini chain, hooks to put things everywhere...). The three bedrooms upstairs are close to each other but well soundproofed. And then there's the pool!
