Very good stay at Jean-Pierre's, the accommodation was very comfortable, because of the weather we were not able to enjoy the small terrace but in summer it must be very pleasant. The riverside is within walking distance for a stroll. Jean-Pierre responded quickly and was proactive. I would highly recommend it!

It was a fantastic cottage for our family, offering everything we needed and a breathtaking view. I highly recommend this place—the host was extremely responsive. When the driveway became slippery, he promptly arranged for someone to clear it.

A nice short stay in this cottage with rustic atmospheres, it gave us a beautiful experience for us and our friends.

Stunning home located in peaceful rural surroundings! This house was just what we needed for our weekend away. We were very grateful we had a 4wheel drive vehicle as the road is all dirt. The hot tub, stargazing, hammock chairs, heated floors, outdoor living space, and everything else made this place the perfect getaway. We will be back!! Thank you Stephane!

The house is nice and very comfortable, large enough to accommodate a family of 10 without being cramped. The fenestration allows you to enjoy the magnificent view of the river. The exterior is well maintained and the grounds are intimate. Everything is very clean and the equipment of the house is complete. Our favorites in addition to the view of the St. Lawrence: the fireplace and the piano. We'll be back!

Always so nice to stay here! 2nd time for us and definitely not the last: CLEAN CLEAN cottage! And quiet location in the woods with lake. We were so good. :) We didn't miss anything!

The place is incredibly charming, with stunning views of the sunrise over the river. Everything was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We felt right at home.

Danielle greeted and escorted us upon arrival, she was very friendly and her helpfulness was appreciated! We only stayed one night, but we wished we had more time to enjoy their beautiful place! It was brand new and state of the art, the bathroom was incredible! All this and a short and easy commute to Quebec City! We will definitely be back again in the summer/fall to enjoy the pool/waterfront!

Anne was a great host ! Very easy to communicate with and provided clear easy to understand instructions. Great place to stay, within walking distance to Old Town Quebec. As described, there is a parking garage behind the apartment so if you want privacy you will need to keep the blinds closed. Overall a beautiful apartment with everything you will need during your stay.

We had wonderful 4 days at Yves place. Layout is very smart. Wonderful windows and light. Bed very comfortable. Happily cooked in the kitchen. It is well positioned to walk to the old city and along the St. Lawrence River. On the other side of the Marina is an urban garden with the most amazing veggies. We had wonderful neighbors during out stay in the sister house boat next to us. Looking forward to coming back.

We loved this location! It was an easy walk to restaurants and shops. The boat was clean and had a great view of the city. Yves was an excellent host…very attentive to questions. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

This is one of the best places to stay on I rented in Quebec Everything is great: furniture, bedrooms, bathrooms, fireplace (with wood) bbq And what about the river view! There is a parking lot behind it and that's a plus! So perfect!!

The house is beautiful and steeped in history. The space was clean. The landscape changes throughout the day with the tides. Well-stocked private cuisine as well as a wide range of games/books The space to make fires outside is amazing and well laid out. Small bakery a stone's throw away with excellent coffee. My only regret is not staying there longer. Again, thank you for your hospitality. You made us feel at home with your welcome.

We had a pleasant stay at the accommodation. We particularly enjoyed the stove and the armchairs facing the Saint Laurent. We highly recommend it for visiting the area. It is located 30 minutes from the bay of Saint Catherine from where you can board to watch the whales.
