The house is beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos ! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cesar was always pending and ready so that our experience was the best possible. The autonomous check-in process is simple and with clear indications. The house is very close to the beach , being able to reach this on foot if you wish. Cesar was very kind and allowed us to check and check out flexible. Without a doubt an excellent value for money. Super recommended. Thank you very much Cesar !

Sebastian's home is what it promises and more. It is very beautiful and inviting. Everything worked perfect. 10 mattresses, spacious bathrooms and always hot water. Very good WIFI and reach throughout the entire house. Modern TV with Streaming services. Extra TV to put Play!! Great kitchen. We'll be back!!!

The house is amazing, very comfortable and nicely decorated. This spotless. The park is beautiful and ideal for spending time with family. It is flat and well maintained what is not easy to find in all emerald coast houses. Many have slopes and slopes ( with small children it is complicated) but this one has a perfect garden. Ariel was very attentive before and during the stay. I definitely recommend the place and if I go back to the Emerald Coast I would go back to the same house.

Our stay at the place was very nice, a very comfortable and functional house, we spent a few beautiful days, we lived two families in perfect ways! The house has all the amenities and very well equipped! The beautiful neighborhood and the location of the house is very good, there is the option of being able to do playa walking if you wish, it is close to one of the stops! The house is as it appears in the photos. We arrived and the house was clean and tidy. It is located very close to the access and the shopping promenade and about 10’ from the beach. We were 4 adults and a child and were comfortable in. One of the three rooms does not have air although at night with the window open and the fan is not usually an issue. Andrea was always very helpful and was careful that everything works properly and that our experience is good. It also has people close to the place who can come if required. we will be back!

A beautiful place to vacation and rest . Very safe, very quiet, beautiful environment to be with your family. The house is very spacious, comfortable, the environments are very well organized for many people. Near the beach, walking distance. The hosts are very friendly, the communication was super fluid. We fully enjoyed the stay, the house is very comfortable and we felt right at home. We were 7 people and a baby, so having the convenience of washing and drying was a luxury, helped us a lot. Beautiful place to rest and relax, with all the necessary amenities, and most importantly... Accept pets 🐶 ❤️

Communication with Daniel was very good at all times. Contactless check-in and checkout, with a key exchange system, made check-in and checkout super practical. The house is just like the description and photos, we were 4 adults and 1 small child, and quietly 2 adults came in more comfortably. The location is very good, 1 block from the beach and 2 or 3 of the most central blocks. The linens were also new. Even though we were touched by cold days (4th or 5th at night), the bed cover and heating were more than enough. The DirecTV service worked perfectly and the cable internet service is approx. 10Mbps as well. I recommend the house and surely when I return to Costa del Este, I will go back to Daniel's.

Great house for nine people. We were very comfortable two families, with the 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The rooms provide privacy and the living/dining room and gallery are spacious and comfortable to share and take advantage of as a group with spacious tables and many chairs. We had great days with all the neighborhood amenities: access to the beaches, the sports sector, the access nearby to the shopping center. The only thing that could be improved was the internet connection but it didn't really affect our stay. The house has lounge chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach, which is very convenient. I would stay at this house again without hesitation.

Definitely a recommended place. The house is Dreamed, within a very quiet neighborhood. Maria was very kind and always well predisposed to communicate with us. The house is even nicer than what you see in the photos. Definitely a place to recommend. We'll be back

We had an excellent stay at Poli's place. The house is exactly everything you see in the photos. Well spacious, very comfortable for up to 10 people, all rooms well equipped with smart TV, well equipped kitchen, with utensils for everyone, all kinds of appliances, nothing to reproach. And speaking of the host, he was always present. We had an issue with the entrance (foreign to him), and he was well attentive to fix it at the moment. There was direct contact with him, the truth is a 10. 100% recommended the place. Hopefully we can go back.
