House in a fantastic location 40 meters from the sea, with parking for the dedicated covered machine 20 meters from the house with garden and outdoor patio that allows the children to play and eat peacefully outside both for lunch and dinner. There is a shared outdoor shower with another very comfortable apartment to clean when you return from the beach. Mosquito pest control, which was done on time, despite being close to the sea, therewere very few. Tidy and clean house of the 80s, equipped with a fan in the bedroom with beds and a shovel in the living room to turn the air; comfortable mosquito nets on all the doors and windows that allow you to leave the windows open. Being close to a pine forest, be careful not to leave bread or crumbs around because the ants jump out in the blink of an eye. Overall. Luisa is very helpful and kind to respond to all our needs, if possible we will definitely come back!

I really liked the apartment! Great location for exploring the northeastern part of Sardinia. Very nice beach 10 mins away by foot! Barbecue area, wonderful terrace! The house had everything you need, even an umbrella for the beach. The host is really helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back to this apartment the next time we visit Sardinia.

We had a wonderful stay at Maddalena's. The accommodation is perfectly as described, a little rustic inside and wet downstairs (the dehumidifiers work well) but quiet, with a very pleasant shaded terrace on which we spent hours reading on the sunbeds and on the hammock particularly appreciated. The outdoor shower in the house was much appreciated as well. The location of the house is exceptional, next to a beautiful hotel and close to a pretty little very nice beach where a boat rental is located. (We rented a day of it and it was fabulous!) In addition, Maddalena was very kind to us and did everything to accommodate our arrival and departure times, which made our stay even more comfortable! We will not forget this holiday and remember the address!:-)

Good value for money, considering that we are in Costa Smeralda ( dear). The accommodation is located in a strategic village because it takes the same time to reach even if in different directions Palau, and the Maddalena, port deer, Sardinia bay, round port and therefore all their wonderful beaches and coves...Cannigione has all the amenities for a tourist and everyone close to the house is in a quiet location ( no noise) . I also recommend the hinterland in the evening to dine like San Pantaleo, a very characteristic village!!

The house exactly matches the description. The place was well cleaned, as was all the linens provided. The spaces are very enjoyable with two well-shaded terraces, one overlooking a green garden. The house is about 1.5km from the sea that you barely see (but this is not so important). Parking available and convenient. Very quiet and quiet neighborhood at night. The decor has seen several springs and maybe some parts should be renovated but for a vacation home it's fine and we had a good time. In particular, the beds are comfortable and probably more recent than closets, cabinets, and a kitchen. The kitchen equipment provided is adequate. Availability of washing machine. For the asking price, we would definitely come back.

Love this place. It was impeccably clean! 5 star hotel type clean. Luxury style apartment. Very spacious. Shower is nice and much larger than most I’ve encountered throughout Italy. I loved the blackout blinds allowing me to sleep in and the additional large TV in the bedroom which was nice for lazy days when I just wanted to stay in bed and catch up on shows. If you’re staying long term everything you need is there.Full fridge/freezer/stove/oven/coffee/washing machine. Plenty of towels and also separate towels in the closet to take to the beach. I always found parking either on the same street or within one block of the apartment. It’s a quiet, residential street and short walk to the center. I also loved that there were no stairs to climb with my large suitcase as it’s on the ground floor… just open the door and step right in! The hosts were always quick to respond. Would love to stay here again if I’m back in Olbia. You’ll need phone service as the “key” is in the form of a link.

Great place for a couple, the terrace is perfect. The studio is small but you don’t miss anything :) Be prepared that in case you come in the summer months, the place will get very warm- there is a celling and a standing fan, no AC. We checked-in quite late and had to pick up the keys, towels, and bedding from a neighbor; we had to make the bed ourselves which was not ideal, especially coming late at night. There was also no toilet paper. The kitchen was well-equipped. There is a grocery store ~200m from the place which is great. There seems to be a party in the distance almost every night, bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper :) (not a crazy noise but you can hear it for sure)

Ivan’s apartment is very nice, comfortable and clean, located into a very nice condominium with spectacular view towards sea, a pool and quiet neighborhood. The location is very close to many beautiful beaches and good restaurants. The apartment is very well equipped with anything you need starting from the kitchen to bathrooms with all amenities you’ll need it. Also the terraces are beautiful. We’ve had a wonderful stay and we’re enjoyed our first vacation in Sardinia. Thank you so much Ivan for your hospitality, kindness and all helpful information you gave us.

Very nice place and a great location.

Great experience, modern apartment,nice and well cared for,in a great location. Then there is the pool, what to say......not from everyone,always clean and practically inside the house. You can easily reach the center on foot in a few minutes on foot. Mr. Ornella is always available as well as Mr. Vito . Recommended and repeatable experience.

The house is very nice, equipped with all the comforts and with a nice space outside where you can always eat fresh. The beaches nearby are beautiful, one of the most beautiful beaches within a 5-minute drive. There was great availability from Bruna for both check-in and suggestions. Recommended!

Very nicely located in the middle of Taunaunella with a wonderful garden and a great view from the balcony. The apartment itself is well equipped and perfect for families. Within a radius of about 20 km, there are many beautiful beaches and several supermarkets are available in Budoni (about 3 km) Francesco as a host is a great host..Always reachable, proactive and super helpful. We can only recommend the house.

The accommodation was just right for our needs. (two children and two adults). What I particularly liked is the quiet location close to the sea. In addition, the apartment is very well equipped. Communication with Claudia was impeccable.

Great place in an amazing location!

We stayed with our baby for 4 nights and were very satisfied. We had the beach to ourselves, the pool was unfortunately already closed. Very good location to Palau and the Bärenfelsen.
