Very charming house, with spacious ground floor between open kitchen, dining and lounge. It is located in the heart of old St Florent, right next to the abbey (without being too close, so not disturbed by the bells). The rooms are relatively, large, and the garden is nice, landlocked, and therefore protected from the wind. Great for meals in the sun even in October when the sun wanted to join us! Please don't forget to bring linens and linens for bedding. I highly recommend it!

We had a great time at Philippe's beautiful home. It's really spacious, very well decorated, the bedrooms are large, the living room is very pleasant to live in with its large glass windows and fireplace! But the real plus is the exceptional view that is available to us, with this huge terrace... 🤩 The house is in a very charming and peaceful setting, located 5 minutes from the city center of Oudon and less than 10 minutes from Ancenis (by car). You can go for a walk on the banks of the Loire, which are less than a 10-minute walk away! Philippe is an extremely responsive and efficient host. We'd love to go back!

Remy was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. He welcomed us with an aperitif by the fireplace before showing us the flat, which was such a kind touch. The flat is fantastic, with plenty of parking, a large front balcony overlooking the lake that feels like you’re on a boat, and a back balcony near the entrance. It also has a BBQ, making it perfect for relaxing. Remy’s English was very impressive, especially since he doesn’t work or interact daily with English speakers. He was very accommodating, didn’t pressure us about checkout, and provided guides on what to visit. He even printed menus from top local restaurants offering delivery, which was so helpful. He went above and beyond by setting up toys for the kids and providing plenty of board games, which was a wonderful surprise. The place felt very secure with a camera guard at the entrance. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Remy and his apartment for a fantastic stay.

Delphine is a very welcoming host and caring about the smooth running of our stay. The accommodation is a haven of peace and the services are perfect. I recommend it!

We had a great stay to celebrate Christmas with this exceptional view of the Loire, it was magical. The house is well-equipped and very cocooning. I would recommend this place to all lovers of the Loire. Thank you for the welcome, we will definitely come back to the area.

We were well received by Linda and Dominique who were able to make themselves available at the time of our arrival. We had a pleasant stay in their accommodation, convenient, well arranged and perfect for a family of 4. Our teens enjoyed having a dedicated floor and we were on the ground floor. We note the address which is very convenient for visiting our loved ones.

We were extremely well hosted by Philippe and Andréa! We were "like at home", everything was arranged and chosen with care to be (more than) good. It was also very convenient to have a changing table, a sunbed and a baby bath, thank you again! The calm day and night was also much appreciated, we will be happy to come back

My stay at Château du Perray was an enchanted parenthesis in the countryside of Saint-Mars-du-Désert. Imagine an estate where time seems to hang, where the gardens look like sketched pairs of watercolors. Alone in this haven of peace, without any other visitors, I was lucky enough to enjoy absolute tranquility similar to the Le Déjeuner sur l 'herb de Manet painting. Under bright sunshine and a temperature of 30 degrees, the pool was an oasis of freshness. Its natural temperature offered a soothing refuge, a real delight for the body and mind. Swimming in this water, surrounded by so much beauty, was a memorable experience. The discreet presence of the master of the premises helped preserve the serenity and tranquility of the castle. Some cordial exchanges at night or when I leave. Château du Perray is a setting for poetry and nature, a place where one can truly recharge. A stay here is an invitation to daydream

This is a great place if you are looking for a spacious property in the quiet French village of Le Cellier with a beautiful view. Frédéric is an outstanding and responsive host. We highly recommend this wonderful home.
