Vacation rentals with a patio in La Caletta

Peaceful location, top accommodation with breathtaking views. Antonello is a nice and helpful host, gave us great tips on e.g. the restaurants nearby. We are happy to recommend this apartment, we spent unforgettable days there. Everything great!

Beautiful apartment in a very convenient location… Golfo Aranci is beautiful!

Really nice place in a quiet part of town yet just a 15 minute walk to the main area of downtown with lots of restaurants. Street parking was very easy. Wifi was strong enough for video calls. Anna Rita was really nice and even had some beach chairs and an umbrella we could use. Would highly recommend!

Three of us spend a very nice week in San Teodoro in Elena's apartment. There was everything we needed, beds were comfortable, sweet terrace with small garden. Location perfect anyway. Everything quick to reach, yet quite quiet.(but were also there in the off-season) Contact with Elena quickly and without complications.

Apartment just as shown in the pictures. We were a group of 8 and the common areas were large enough for us all to be comfortable. All rooms were clean and had air conditioning, towels, pillows and clean sheets. We were greeted with a bottle of water and wine, we also had coffee and washing capsules available. It is very nicely located, the area has many restaurants and it is very nice to walk around the port. Silvia very attentive and sent us recommendations to go to eat and to park, it also allowed us to check out a couple of hours later than established in the reservation.

The house was beautiful, tidy and clean with a nice view of Dorgali. It exactly matched the pictures. Three spacious rooms with three very modern private bathrooms, modern kitchen equipped with every comfort and tidy. The host Cristina was very kind and always available, she also welcomed us with sweets. I highly recommend the accommodation in this house, if we were to return to Dorgali we would definitely already know where to go.

Thank you to Giovanna for hosting us in her beautiful house. Everything was perfect and cleaned to the highest of standards. Cupboards were well stocked with everything we expected and more. The outside eating space is also lovely and well furnished. It was nice to relax with a drink at the end of the day on comfortable furniture. The beach, shops, restaurants and bars are a short walk away. We loved La Caletta with an amazing sandy beach and stunning sea. The town has a traditional feel and everywhere we ate served amazing traditional Italian food. Giovanna also makes the most wonderful cookies - thank you for the welcome. We will most definitely be back. I highly recommend this listing.

Nice place. With an awesome garden. But it's an outside location, you need a car and the water in front of the house does not welcome for swimming, but great to paddle with the boat a bit around. Thanks for everything

It was a wonderful stay in a wonderful house! The house is tastefully decorated and beautifully renovated. We were with two children and had a huge amount of space to play and spend time together in the garden and on the veranda. We arrived late and were given a gift of provisions and wine (thanks again!). I wish such landlords to everyone. We would love to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Franco's house. The house is small but nice and really extraordinarily well equipped! Also it was very clean. The highlight was the great view - we enjoyed it every morning and evening. The communication with Franc was great at all times. Questions and concerns were answered quickly. A car is definitely recommend. The beautiful beaches such as Budoni and La Cinta can be reached in a short time.

This accommodation is great for a relaxing and relaxing family vacation. The beach is within walking distance and beautiful. Paola responded immediately to any questions. She was friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and would come back!

Alessio was very flexible with check in and check out. He explained everything in the house and sent us additional information by email. He was super sweet and helpful. The kitchen in the house is very well equipped and there were even spices, oil, water, wine, cookies, coffee ... a nice welcome package. The rooms are large and on the terrace we could have breakfast every morning. We got towels and beach towels for every guest. The beach can be reached in just 3 minutes and very nice. For shopping we are to Budoni, it only takes about 10 minutes. You urgently need a car The house is very well connected to the highway and is very convenient to explore the area. We have made beautiful excursions. Unfortunately, there were many mosquitoes. There are no mosquito screens, but each bed has a mosquito net that protects you at night. There are air conditioners in the two bedrooms, but ventilation was not possible without grids at the windows. We had a wonderful 4 days!!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. Everything was absolutely uncomplicated, and Mirella was super accommodating, it was everything you needed in the apartment. The apartment was very cozy, and the stunning views over Olbia made our stay perfect. We would definitely come back anytime and highly recommend this Airbnb.

The host is so friendly and very responsive. He helped make our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is as described and pictured and has been meticulously renovated and has all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and homely. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and garden area for dining. The location was optimal to access a lovely beach via a short walk or a shuttle service. There is also access to the resort facilities including a pool and a restaurant onsite. The local town which is a short 2 min drive has a supermarket, bakery, cafe, gelateria and a few restaurants. The airport is a short 15 min car ride and the main town of Olbia is close by too. We enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and coastline on the west and northern coast of the island. We look forward to returning very soon !

They were making our stay in this very beautiful place, in Porto San Paolo an experience, we will never forget . The beaches are in walking distance so as few nice Restaurants. Top notch location and a small but beautiful and functional apartment. We felt like we had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, great shower and eating breakfast by the lemon tree each morning was wonderful.

The host greeted us with kindness. It was a really great experience.

We have a lovely week in Budoni. Graziella is a lovely host, very welcoming and friendly. I had an issue with parking my car in my space as it was big and she offered to swap to an easier place. She got us some fresh figs from the garden :) the location is good, right next to all amenities , night market, icecream shop! The beach is a bit far by foot with children (15 minutes), but is only a few minutes in a car . Parking is cheap at budoni beach £3/day. The house itself is very well equipped and cosy. Everything you need !! Two air-con units one in the bedroom and one in the living area. Nice shaded patio with chairs and tables . Host always available and discreet. I recommend ++++

Perfect place to stay in Olbia. Chill place, with friendly neighbours. If you are searching for a place that has all the amenities like your house, this is the place. One note to consider the rooms are at demisol, but quite well ventilated. We didn't have too much light in the bedrooms but was perfect as we wanted to sleep. Nice cozy terrace for breakfast and dinner drinks. Eva was amazing with recommendations as well as helping us around the house with any issues that occurred. Would definitely return. Plus note the AC, made a real difference when the humid weather outside kicked in. Best, Stefan

A great apartment with everything you need for a holiday. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds comfortable. The terrace is very large and partly covered. The view to the sea is very nice. However, the apartment is located at the entrance to the town, so there is nothing nearby within walking distance. The beaches and coves around Cala Gonone can be reached quickly. The contact with personal check-in was fluid and very pleasant.
