The proposed accommodation is true to the description and is close to the sea, restaurants and services. The environment is quiet, easy to find and secure. The parking space is very much appreciated and will be even more so during high season. We enjoyed Delphine's welcome and advice.

Short stay as a romantic. Everything was perfect and matches the description. The apartment is perfect for a couple, impeccably clean, the very good bedding and the whole perfectly appointed to be comfortable. The outdoor environment, back from the road, is very quiet. Caroline's accompaniment is perfect too! We'll be back with pleasure!

Excellent week-long family stay at Philippe's. The accommodation is comfortable, quiet and ideally located ( close to the sea and restaurants). We appreciated the welcome and availability of our host.

We stayed 4 days in this accommodation located in a peaceful area while being close to the center of Angoulins and shops. When we arrived we were greeted by the owners who are lovely people and have good advice. The apartment was very clean and perfectly equipped. We'll be happy to go back!

This house has a very special, family-like, warm atmosphere. It is very well equipped, you can find everything there! The bed is very cozy... the shower is nice. The decor is nice. In addition to the house, we enjoyed its location in a beautiful small residence, in the wooded dunes and 5 min from the beach. Also well located for visiting the island.

Bruno is a super host - always happy to help and have us some great tips for the local area. His place is right on the beach and if you’re up early enough you can see the sun rise too. It’s cool inside and nice to have some shade in the garden under the beautiful fig tree. There are restaurants within walking distance and the market at Bain Les Brée is a little further away but well worth the visit. Thanks for having us we really enjoyed it

Apartment, very clean, peaceful and very conveniently located for the basics. Everything is very easy to access by public transport to go to the center of La Rochelle. The location with direct beach access is very convenient with small children.

Our stay in this accommodation was very pleasant, at this time we found peace and quiet. Regarding the studio, it is ideal for 2 people, the terrace is sunny for a good part of the day and is a real asset. We would recommend this listing.

Easy to access and ideally located to visit La Rochelle peacefully, everything is done on foot and it's pleasant. The accommodation is well equipped with dishes as well as linens and has a pleasant balcony in the morning for breakfast. The little plus is the pool, all together to have a good stay. Good communication with Philippe who is responsive. We enjoyed our stay in La Rochelle, and we'll be back soon.
