We had the most wonderful stay at Helen and Chris’ gîte in April. The place was so beautifully restored and furnished, and felt very homely with all the kitchen crockery, books/ magazines and even candles that you might need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Chris and Helen were the most welcoming hosts, and gave us lots of great recommendations (and wine!). We instantly fell in love with the area and would love to return. By far the most standout Airbnb experience I’ve had, cannot recommend enough!

Gaelle's place surprised us by its quality, its modernism, beyond our expectations. Really comfortable and impeccable, there is nothing missing, and what to say about the pool...just perfect (with the weather this month of March, what happiness!) Gaelle gave us a warm welcome, a flawless responsiveness, good advice for our outings to the surrounding area. Don't forget the calm that reigns in this small hamlet, the invitation to relaxation, walks and hikes, and to refuel it takes about ten minutes by car to find everything. Thank you again Gaelle and L for your smiles, your attention. Of course we highly recommend the place, can't wait to come back!

A really great stay, the cottage is very peaceful, the fireplace and hot tub are very pleasant to relax in! The cottage is nice and really very clean and well maintained, and the hosts are super welcoming, warm and good advice. I would highly recommend it!

the house allows you to share moments with several people in the kitchen, living room, terrace and also allows everyone to have their privacy. each bedroom has its own private toilet and bathroom. Tastefully decorated and furnished, this house leaves anyone indifferent. and as a bonus, the Jacuzzi on the terrace. Go for it!

Alain was very welcoming on arrival and made us feel right at home. The house had everything we needed—it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the board games and the raclette machine, which made for some fun and cozy evenings. The location was ideal for visiting nearby tourist sites and enjoying some beautiful walks in the area.

BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT WITH LARGE BALCONY

The apartment is extremely well presented and clean, with a very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. If anything the photographs on Trip Advisor do not do it justice; it is very spacious and comfortable indeed. Two large bedrooms with plenty of storage, a comfortable living and dining area and a sizeable balcony with views onto the River Lot. The apartment is the entire 2nd (top) floor with our host, France, living below. Provision of first morning's breakfast was very much appreciated, as was the offer of clothes washing. France was very welcoming and explained everything clearly and effectively. The location within Cahors was superb, being less than five minutes walk from the centre but situated in a generally peaceful road with minimal passing traffic. There is free but unallocated parking less than two minutes away, and while getting a space was sometimes hit or miss we never struggled to find parking within a short walk even if the nearest area was full. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Wanda's house. The whole family enjoyed the very comfortable rooms and the terrace with a great view. Not to mention all the amenities and toys much appreciated by children. We recommend this cottage for your next vacation or family gatherings!

Excellent stay spent in the apartment, everything was as described and it was even more beautiful than the photos, it was clean, tidy and it had everything you needed in terms of equipment, it is very large and properly air-conditioned, the accommodation is 5 minutes walk from the Place du Vigan so from the beginning of the city center, close to everything on foot so very good. Although there is no free space on the street of the apartment there is free parking within 10 minutes walk so there is also very well placed for the time being. Julie is a very welcoming and super kind host, she was responsive throughout my stay when I needed so thank you so much to her! And I will not hesitate to come back to this apartment if I come back to Albi 😊

Excellent family stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature! A true haven of peace on the banks of the Aveyron! Very functional accommodation, very well furnished, excellent standard and very well-equipped. Excellent bedding and impeccable cleanliness. We enjoyed the luxury of contemplating the starry sky on a beautiful winter night from the Nordic bath! Perfect location to discover the Aveyron Gorge region and its beautiful villages! We highly recommend this listing!

Very relaxing stay at Martine and Thierry's, surrounded by nature. The house is very comfortable (special mention for the bedding), very well-equipped (even the egg cup for my soft-boiled egg was there!). It stays cool in case of high temperatures and the garden, well shaded also allows you to enjoy it when it's hot. And of course, access to the nearby river is super nice. Special mention for the hospitality of the owners, very warm, who in addition to thinking of welcome gifts, leave plenty of products available and sent me plenty of info on things to do in the area. Thanks again!

Have a great stay with friends. Quiet location, close to the Lot, close to Cahors. The apartment is clean, the balcony quite spacious and nice for breakfast or aperitifs with a view! Nice pool with some deckchairs. Jeannot is very responsive in a message+++ Some defects if you have to look for them: there are a few cooking utensils missing and for single beds on the mezzanine, not all windows have a shutter / curtain, so there is a little daylight in the morning. (nothing bad!) Looking forward to a future stay

For a family stay in the countryside, the cottage is ideal! The living room is warm, comfortable, full of charm. The spacious kitchen is very well equipped. Everything is done to have a lovely stay. The bathrooms are great. We particularly enjoyed the nature side, our small children and our little dog really enjoyed being able to play outside. The renovation of the building is remarkable. We had a great time at Valentine's beautiful home. Everything was perfect. The house is superb and tastefully decorated. Ideally located in the heart of the village, all the amenities are within walking distance. Perfect for holidays with family or like us: two couples of friends with children. Everything was perfect. Valentine is very welcoming and gave us great tips for discovering the region. We would highly recommend it.

Fantastic place. We were with our 2 1/2 year old and it was great. It has a closet full of toys and lots of books, our little one was delighted. Also a nice garden. Very spacious house. He told us that the accommodation did not include towels and sheets, although he was finally able to help us with this. We recommend reviewing or asking about this.

A little paradise for those who like peace and quiet. Charming, spacious, with different spaces to meet up or to have your own corner.
