In general, the stay was great. Everything's according to the listing, the building amenities and the location are quite good. We were very comfortable and the hosts respond quickly. The only thing is that the location on the map is not correct, it takes you to another building, you have to put the name of the building on the maps instead of the address. The bathrooms didn't have a towel to dry your hands and although I asked for them, they didn't arrive. From there, everything was great.

I go once or twice a year to Cartagena and without a doubt this has been the best accommodation by location, amenities in the building, everything excellent. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. I was walking to all touristic places. The area is super safe. I would really choose this apartment again. The super friendly host and very attentive to everything and very willing to help with whatever is needed.

David's apartment is absolutely PERFECT. Everything is new and has spectacular decor. In addition to everything is in a wonderful building. The pool is crazy, it's on the top floor with an amazing view. The giant gym. And best of all, it's super close to the historic center to walk. In addition to everything there is an Isimo, next door to buy the basics of the market. We pass by and will be back very soon. David is always attentive to everything and is very flexible.

Great apartment, security 24/7 present at the lobby. The co-host Sandra was always very kind and helpful. Perfect stay to relax and very close to both the airport and old town.

The apartment is very well located, well located, it has access to a quite quiet beach without so many vendors. Maritza asked us on some occasions if everything was ok so she was aware and always willing.

One of my favorite places to stay in CTG! Mercedes was a plus to have help with shopping,cleaning and cooking. Great neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. I'll definitely be back!

Perfect location for a place in Cartagena fellas, walkable to absolutely everything, busy enough street to walk back even at the end of a night. Lots of restaurants right on the same street if you don’t want to go far. The security/helper guy lives in the place but in a separate room right at the entrance, he can help with anything you need, he even ran out to grab us a bottle of drink when we ran short. 3 of the bedrooms have private bathrooms but the 4th would have to use a common area shower and toilet. Perfect for 3 people, it would definitely work for 4 but that guy would have the short straw deal. AC in the rooms was brilliant, pool was nice, everything was kept clean.

We were very happy with out stay at the property. Ten people stayed there and there was enough space for everyone. The location was great and communication with Augusto was really fast and helpful.

The perfect location in the heart of the walled city. We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights in the walled city with the safety and ease of popping in and out of the Airbnb. Despite the bustle on the streets, inside you don’t hear the outside noises and are able to escape the chaos particularly with the rooftop pool and lounge area. Equipped with anything you could need and provided with any assistance you could want (at rapid pace) we wouldn’t hesitate to book again and would highly recommend it.

The place was great. Looked just like the pictures. Andre was very responsive and flexible with check-in. I had a great experience and it was sooo peaceful. No one bothered us at all. Pool was almost always empty/just for us. 10/10 recommend.

Paula was a very conscientious host. She made sure that everything went smoothly with booking the place, the check in, and checking out. We loved staying at her place. The view of the ocean was fantastic, and we enjoyed not staying in the Old City. Getting to the Old City was a simple walk or taxi/uber ride. The area around Paula's place was filled with numerous restaurant choices as well as shopping venues, and the beach was literally across the street from the building. I would highly recommend staying at Paula's place to anyone coming to Cartagena.

Very good accommodation, it's what we expected, very clean, very nice. The facilities are beautiful and with direct access to the sea of Manzanillo. You have the possibility of booking kiosks with chairs on the beach and other services. I only recommend having the sheets of the sofa bed a little more organized since they were a little disorganized, otherwise wonderful, the kitchen with everything you need. Thank you very much for the directions and all the support.

Very very nice apartment with absolutely fantastic views - indescribable on New Year’s Eve with a full view of the entire city and all fireworks form the balcony! The rooms were spacious and the kitchen had everything we could need. Clean and tidy and no smell of damp or anything such. The pool was a huge added bonus. Even in the busy days around. New Years there was always place. Infinity pool was very nice, views fantastic. Everything clean. Plus bar service 👍🏼 The concierge service on entrance ensured security, and a friendly welcome every time we got back. Thank you!

This secure apartment had a beautiful view of the entire coast of Cartagena. Tom and Paola were extremely helpful with suggestions and advice. One can walk around the corner for bars and restaurants. El Centro is only a ten minute taxi ride. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay there again should I return!
