Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in La Bollène-Vésubie

Clean house with new furniture and fixtures, equipped with all utensils, wifi and more. Didier is a very friendly person and has always been responsive to messages. Too bad the garden is a bit abandoned, with a little care the place would really become a little pearl. Attention if you have a long car (SUV or station wagon or in any case greater than about 4.40 meters) because the parking is a little tight and requires some maneuvers to be able to enter/exit. It may be a problem to have the maneuvering space if the parking is full.

This is a great place to stay if you want to see everything in Nice and the surrounding areas but want to stay in a peaceful and beautiful setting. American travelers should note that there is air conditioning downstairs only and the bedrooms are upstairs; however, the nights were cool enough in early July. Great place to stay and the hosts are very friendly.

The accommodation is in a very quiet, peaceful place in a beautiful natural environment. There are no opposite and there is a private garden/terrace level. It is well located for visiting the coastline and hinterland. The accommodation is well equipped and well arranged. The bedding is super comfortable, at least for us:-). The cleanliness is impeccable! City Hall and Laurent are friendly, welcoming and very discreet. We would recommend this place to stay!

We had a great vacation. Daniela's place is impeccable and fully corresponds to the description given. Total change of scenery. Daniela is a flexible and responsive host. Roubion is an exceptional little village through these alleys you will find extraordinary characters like manu the grocery manager. A little higher on the resort side, a treat for gliding lovers. People are welcoming and charming Numerous activities are offered for the most part free. WISHLIST ASSURED

Very nice place! Our toddler loved the playground 30 meters away for 1 to 4 year olds. At the same distance is a bakery and the fine sandy beach is a small walk through the park. The house itself is nice in every way. We doubted the privacy of the garden in advance, but because of some beautiful trees you sit here privately and all the connecting windows belong to the apartment. At the kitchen you can see that a cooking lover's house is. We were kindly welcomed, definitely recommended!

Paolo came to pick us up to explain everything he was very welcoming with breakfast offered listing and photos really as described everything was perfect

‘one’ is a beautiful place. There were 7 of us and the place was perfect and comfortable. Each room had its own shower. We rented a van, however, this isn’t necessary as you can Uber everywhere. We went wine tasting at local wineries. We went to the market almost daily and cooked fresh and wonderful meals. We basically lived in the outdoor space and made ourselves completely at home. I cannot say enough about Simon’s and the rest of the ‘One’ team. Always responsive and accommodating. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house 💕

Nice big apartment near the train station. 7 minute walk to Palais. There were only 2 of us, the apartment is big enough for 2 couple or a family of 5-6.

The apartment completely matched the impression you got in the listing; great views, charming and well-functioning for a family with two adult children. Responses to detail questions when we were on site came quickly from the landlord. A home to recommend and that we are happy to book again.

Excellent location right on the sea front, big supermarket across the street, fully equipped kitchen, private safe building made our stay very comfortable and really enjoyable. Good location to explore French riviera, ideally with the car, possible to take the train (approx. 20 min walk to the train station). Sufficient space to comfortably accommodate 5 people, large terrace with the courtyard view. Recommended!

A very heartfelt thank you to Jane and Antonella for welcoming us to their beautiful apartment in Nice. This space was very cozy and clean, making it feel like home. We appreciated the balcony, fully-equipped kitchen and central location to explore the beautiful La Côte d'Azur. Had a great and easy stay at Andreea's place. From the start, Andreea was very responsive and sent over very clear instructions for checkin, which was was really appreciated! The place itself is exactly how the pictures look. It was very clean and had everything I needed. Andreea even left out some welcome snacks which was really sweet. I would definitely recommend this apartment, and I would stay here again.

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. Very functional and pleasant apartment for a studio thought to feel good there. Beautiful views of the Lerins Islands. All the equipment, cooking utensils, household products and toiletries were there for us who were staying for a month and a half. Wendy was always responsive to our requests. We recommend this apartment for a short or Long stay.

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Eva was a great host! His welcome was very warm. She was very proactive in answering any questions and needs we had. She has a very sociable personality and a pleasure to chat with. ☺️ The accommodation, meanwhile, met all our needs in every way: well located in a quiet location, within walking distance to all the activities we were interested in, not to mention the location of Nice which is close to other cities of interest. In short, this place remains on our list of our favorite places 🤩

We had a lovely stay at Amria's apartment. It is very spacious, very well decorated and very functional. We appreciated the ease of access to the internet, the TV with Netflix, kitchen amenities, and a very comfortable queen bed. Amria is always ready to answer questions and her husband can come if needed. The presence of underground parking is a huge plus. We will come back here without pb.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

We loved the location of Cheng’s apartment. It was close to many restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the Cros-sur- Mer train station. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and watching the people walk/bike by, and the planes take off and land at the Nice airport. We rented the 2 bedroom terrace apartment. There is no designated kitchen but had a microwave, small refrigerator, cooktop and sink on the outdoor terrace. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Another plus was the washer and dryer. Thank you for hosting us, Cheng.
