Christelles house is super cozy and welcoming, it felt like a home for us. Everything we needed was there. The communication with Christelle was super easy. The location of the house is nice with a beach just around the corner and the town of Penestine only a few minutes away. We can highly recommend staying there :)

Pretty house with outdated charm in a quiet area a ten-minute walk from the center and the sea. The house is well equipped with all the desired amenities. Well placed to shine around as well. Joëlle and Marcel are very welcoming hosts, extremely responsive and very very accommodating. And as a bonus dog friendly! We had a great stay, highly recommend!

This place is really nice,clean. It is within walking distance, right next to the sea. We had a lovely time with our children and grandchildren,very quiet and the grounds are closed. It's well designed with everything you need for a good time . Thanks to Luc and his nephews 😉

This was a perfect place on a perfect location! One stap away of a pretty beach, nice for swimming, and in a very quiet neighbourhood. The house is more then perfect and very cosy, the communication with Marc was good. We had to pay 70 euro on the spot for the cleaning of the house, but that was okay because there is no cleaning fee in the rental. Marc even rented us a bike for our son for little money and had also a bodyboard for him for free. We definitely can recommend this place!

Very beautiful villa ,ideally located in the heart of La Baule and one minute from the beach on foot.Laetitia is an incredible host, always available and very welcoming. We will come back without hesitation!

Pornic is fantastic, a old dear friend. The Villa Jeanne is at the best starting place, La Place du Petit Nice. We had one important problem with the lift, but it was sorted quickly & successfully. We hope to return, a very beautiful building in an ideal location.

Very comfortable and modern villa (main dwelling, villa built in 2016). Quiet and isolated from other dwellings. Close to Super U and beach. Upscale amenities with large pool and very nice garden. Stéphane and Fanny are very friendly and we were able to arrange our arrival and departure in the best conditions.

Draft Le Hautbois review; Villa Le Hautbois is a beautiful home which is aptly named being high up surrounded by tall trees that give a feeling of complete seclusion while actually being just 7 minutes walk from both local shops and the famous sandy beach with its range of water activities and restaurants. Jean Philippe was a lovely host. Both he and Marion made us feel very welcome.

Phillipe's house is very pleasant to live in: spacious, well-equipped and furnished and very beautifully decorated. The garden is large, the pool is very nice and the rooms comfortable. We recommend 100%!

Perfect stay in this very nicely decorated dream house, modern and very tasteful with all the necessary amenities. The sea as far as the eye can see, its gentle sound to accompany the night and day. It lived up to our expectations for this wonderful family weekend in a region that we particularly appreciate.

What a wonderful stay! We are absolutely delighted! The house is very beautiful, perfectly equipped, ideally located close to many shops of all kinds and the beach! The market (3 times a week in summer) is at the end of the street, we were able to do everything on foot! The house is very peaceful, golden with a shaded garden with all the amenities needed to make the most of the inside and outside! Laurent has always been very responsive and pleasant in communication! We highly recommend and will be very happy to come back soon! Thank you very much Laurent!

Very nice week spent with the family in this house. Very nice location, sea view, everything is within walking distance. Relatively well-equipped house. Functional and pleasant kitchen. Spacious and well decorated rooms. It's just a shame that the lights are quite weak in all the rooms of the house. Noted that the hardwood floors and doors on the floors are old-fashioned and therefore quite noisy.

Jean-Pierre and Corine are very welcoming and caring people, the accommodation is very well arranged and comfortable, you have to be flexible to go to bed but gives an additional charm for the holidays. The access to the swimming pool and hammam at all hours in total autonomy is a real plus that we have particularly appreciated, on my part in love with the Loire-Atlantique and its inhabitants I recommend this accommodation as well as this destination...
