The place is very well located, it is clean and has a beautiful view.

The kitchen was well- stocked, although a coffee maker might be considered. There were extra towels and linens, and the power stayed on:)

The place was nice and just as expected it was worth the price and I had a good day. The host was extremely communicative and responsive. The only complain that I might have is that there was not enough pillows for the bed and the hose directed to use the pillows on the couch. I think this place could use a bit deeper of a clean, but other than that, everything was great

Juan's house was absolutely fantastic and arguably perfect. It was in a great location with a restaurant and convenience store downstairs🍴 and I was able to buy breakfast and living items downstairs.The neighborhood is safe and the security downstairs is also very friendly and responsible. Juan's house is neat and tidy, there is a girl Diana who comes twice a week to clean the hygiene which is really amazing and saves me a lot of time.The terrace is huge, the sunset in the evening🌄 is very beautiful, there is a communal free pool🏊‍♂️ and gym downstairs🏋️, I love the house too much and staying here is a treat! Juan is a very warm and sincere host, very quick to respond to messages and proactively solving problems, I have been renewing Juan's house in Guayaquil for months.I come to Guayaquil in the future and hope to rent this house again❤️

The suite is beautiful and safe, the host was quick to respond. It didn't have hot water, the rest was excellent.

The villa has multiple rooms, bathrooms and shared spaces. Sergio communicated quickly with respect to the check-in details and instructions. Lots of restaurants and shopping malls nearby. Top villa to stay and spend some time with family.
