Amazing Stay for a Family Vacation! We stayed at Casa Peces house for seven days, and it was perfect for our family. Communication with Martha was super easy, and we were thrilled to find such a great house in an excellent and safe location, close to everything we needed. The four bedrooms were fully equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook and entertain. The BBQ area was a highlight—we used it and had an amazing time! The two living rooms were also very convenient, giving everyone space to relax without feeling crowded. The pool was fantastic, and we made great family memories enjoying it together. The house had everything we needed to feel at home—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We are so grateful to Martha and Jessica for welcoming us, and we can’t wait to come back in the future. Don’t hesitate to rent this house—it truly has everything you need for an amazing stay!

With my family we went to celebrate my birthday and we were delighted, the place is beautiful, it has beautiful views. The house is beautiful, absolutely everything was too nice, my family and I were very happy. Jorge very attentive and accessible, don Santos (the person in charge of receiving us) is a very friendly and helpful gentleman. We recommend to go clear and admire those beautiful views.🌷

What an amazing place! Bryan and Tracy have built a stunning home in beautiful surroundings. The AirBnB is superb, beautifully furnished, with absolutely everything you need. Special touches include fresh flowers, and a packet of complementary coffee from the Atenas area which was superb. The facilities were exceptional, including the beautiful outside area including swimming pool and jacuzzi, although we didn’t use either of the latter. We only stayed for a couple of nights at the beginning of our holiday, but really enjoyed staying in the area, and found a great restaurant in Atenas. Tracy was a fabulous host, extremely warm, welcoming, and couldn’t do enough for us. We will certainly return, and stay for longer when we next visit Costa Rica.

Beautiful home! Hosts were amazing!

This is a great place to stay near Santa Ana! The house was very clean and quiet. Our communication with Emilio was excellent. Our flight was delayed and we arrived after midnight, but it was no problem. The next morning we walked to the Blackbird Cafe for breakfast, which I highly recommend. We didn't use the pool, but we enjoyed sitting out on the patio next to it. Every room has it's own bathroom and air conditioner, which is wonderful. We would definitly stay here again.

Dominique and Erik were exceptional host! They were in communication with me from the moment I booked the stay, the day of arrival and check out. The house is in a secure gated community with 24-hour security. The house was in immaculate condition. The pictures are great, but it is even nicer in person. I am very picky about where I sleep, and I felt right at home. The attention to detail was spot on. The furniture, dining room, bedrooms, outdoor patio area were well put together. Even down to the appliances, washer, dryer and silverware. This unit is also right next to the two conference rooms, pool and gym. Every morning, I went on walk in town and the people were so friendly and welcoming. There are a ton on grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries and even a few pharmacies within minutes of this unit. I was so impressed, Domonique and Erik put in touch with their realtor, and I am looking into purchasing my own unit! Well done gents. See you in Costa soon. Pura Vida!

An excellent place to stay either for a few days or for a week like our case, impeccable place, as shown in the photos, the location is very good, there is a lot to do in the surroundings and don Miguel as a host was always attentive to us and clarified all the doubts we had Highly recommended, we look forward to returning soon

This condo in Alajuela was extremely clean with modern appliances and an easy check-in/check-out process. Great location very close to the airport.

Great place! There is no AC but the weather was nice and cool so I didn’t need to have an AC.

Leonardo's place is located in a quiet secure gated location. There is a nice duck pond nearby in the general area around 5 minutes walk up on the road. Great nature scenery around the condominium, like mountain views. Overall a good stay.

The stay is spectacular! We came for the second time because it's really a great option. Easy access from the airport, it is comfortable, spacious, clean and fully equipped. Luxury host. We recommend it!!! Greetings from Argentina!

Rolled in around 1 or 2 am from my flight. Guard was very kind and helpful. Safe location. Love that the playground and picnic benches are super close, my sons woke up and went right out to play, which they needed after a long day of travel. The building and the place itself are very clean, with is super important. I am sensitive to air fresheners and so if you have a high sensitivity you can maybe ask to have them unplugged before your arrival, other than that A+ and great price. Close to Walmart too
