Vacation rentals with a pool in La Asunción

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and had stunning views. The sunsets were nothing short of magical—definitely a highlight of our stay. Carolina was the best host we could have asked for—she was incredibly accommodating and attentive and made us feel right at home. Her warm hospitality truly made the experience unforgettable. we had an incredible stay with our 3 year old. she loved the pool and the park was so great! they even have a fenced dog park! We felt extremely safe. the neighborhood looks pretty cool with a couple of bars and restaurants, and a great grocer that they recommended to us, that had tons of vegan options for us when we didn't have time to drive too far. Communication was incredible and they were super helpful and prompt to respond. The home itself was beautifully decorated and furnished and had EVERYTHING you could need. felt like an upscale hotel. was very clean as well! They are still doing some construction on surrounding homes, but it really wasn't that bad at all. we loved being able to walk around the gated community at night. super ssafe and quiet. Great views as well. Just the perfect stay. Will definitely return!!

Loved this place, easy to access and very clean and private. Lots of space and the pool was nice and clean!! We will stay here again when in San Jose near the airport

Definitely would return if staying in San Jose. What stood out to me the most was how responsive, respectful and welcoming Dominique and Erik both were! Also how safe the area and condo was. Highly recommend if staying in San Jose area. Also very close to many great restaurants, parks and the market.

Carolina’s place was exactly as described and a great place to stay before our flight home the next day. Also, we so appreciated Carolina letting us check in early, and it was nice to have a kitchen in the evening as opposed to staying at a hotel near the airport. I would definitely reccomend!!

Convenient location to Heredia and Cariari. We stayed here for my spouse’s birthday for a weekend in the GAM, and it was comfortable and convenient. Walkable to a few useful places (a handful of restaurants, convenience stores, and accessible to the bus line) while still feeling very private and peaceful. Check-in with the gate guard was painless and quick.

Leonardo's place is located in a quiet secure gated location. There is a nice duck pond nearby in the general area around 5 minutes walk up on the road. Great nature scenery around the condominium, like mountain views. Overall a good stay.

Great place to stay before heading to the beach when your flight arrives late! Super convenient to the airport.
