House in the heart of Paraty's Historic Center. We have 4 suites with private bathroom, equipped kitchen, split air conditioning in all rooms, and a beautiful garden. We are next to the sea, the pier, and a few meters from the best restaurants, shops and main tourist attractions of the city.
The space
Our colonial house in the prime area of the city has been completely renovated to meet daily demands with great comfort.
We have 4 suites, all equipped with air conditioning, and the beds are arranged as follows:
- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): one double bed
- Bedroom 2 (second floor): one double bed
- Bedroom 3 (ground floor): two single beds (can be transformed into a double bed)
- Bedroom 4 (second floor): two single beds (can be transformed into a double bed).
The kitchen is integrated with the living room. Perfect for preparing your meals while interacting with the rest of the group. This environment opens onto the beautiful garden, with large glass doors that favor natural lighting and ventilation.
We are 200 meters from the sea, located in front of a quiet square, a few steps from the best restaurants, stores and other attractions.
Like every residence in the Historic Center, we do not have a garage. However, there are some nearby parking lots that can help with the dynamics of your arrival.
**We provide bed linens and towels.

Important information about room occupancy:
The house has 4 bedrooms, which accommodate 2 adults per room (double and single beds). Access to them will be proportional to the number of guests occupying the house.
Example:
- Between 1 and 2 guests: 1 bedroom available
- Between 3 and 4 guests: 2 bedrooms available
- Between 5 and 6 guests: 3 bedrooms available
- Between 7 and 8 guests: 4 bedrooms available
Other things to note
SMOKING PROHIBITED: Absolutely no smoking on the premises of the house.
VALUES: The price of the accommodation varies according to the number of guests. The daily rate for up to 2 people is R$900, adding R$200 for each extra guest.
On weekends, high season, special events and holidays, the initial amount for two people increases, maintaining the addition of R$200 per extra guest. The house sleeps a maximum of 8 people.
Weekend (accommodation of up to 02 people): The minimum stay for up to 02 people in the periods that comprise weekends is 04 nights.
BREAKFAST SERVICE:
We have an optional breakfast service, offered by our employee. The daily rate is R$200, paid directly to her. The supplies are not included in this amount, but we can do the shopping and pass on the calculation of everything at the end of the stay.
To make it easier, we offer a standard menu that can be used in full or adapted in the way guests prefer.
In this menu we offer: Breads, tapioca, coffee, milk, granola, natural yogurt, natural juice, fruits, scrambled eggs, cake, cold cuts.

PARKING: In the historic center of the city, cars are not allowed, and for this reason the house does not have a garage. However, we are located a few meters from some parking lots. Send a message and we will guide you in detail about the values, location and availability of the parking lots in specific periods of the year.
CHILDREN'S SCHOOL (Possibility of noise): We are neighbors to a small children's school. For this reason, it is possible for our guests to hear children running and playing during the period from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. There are no school activities on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
ENERGY SAVER: We value for reducing waste and saving energy. Please turn off the lights and turn off the air conditioners every time you leave the house. At the time of checkout also make sure everything is off.
