The place is located in the old heart of Kiev and right by Golden Gates. No matter where you need to go it takes about the same time from this spot. Considering the war circumstances this is definitely the place to stay to be safe as many embassies are right next to it. The apartment is very unique and stylish and incredibly cozy. You could stay there alone or with a family as it has extra sleeping area/bunk. The host is super friendly, great and fast communicator. Balcony is definitely a plus if you want to have morning coffee, an evening drink or a cigarette or all together! The convenience of location again is amazing , you have best restaurants, coffee shops, mini markets and even beauty salons, clothing stores within meters. A place that has it all and I highly recommend it to everyone and guarantee you wouldn’t regret staying there except of wanting to come back! 5 out of five stars for sure!!!

It's stylish and comfortable!

The apartment is clean, tidy, cozy, well-maintained. Furniture, colors are tastefully curated. Having all the necessary appliances, especially the washing machine, dishwasher, make staying in the apartment comfortable and easy. The apartment is warm, because it also has independent energy-saving heaters in each room in addition to central heating. The vibration from the subway trains feels but it wasn't a problem for me. My stay in this apartment was comfortable.

Downtown Kiev! Luxury apartments with a cool view

I really liked everything, a modern apartment with an incredible view of the center of Kiev. Of the disadvantages, only the location near the station, you can hear trains, but with short term rentals, it did not bother much.

We rented this apartment for a couple of weeks and had a wonderful experience. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, thanks to Elena who made everything perfect for us. The apartment was well-maintained and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the linens were of great quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and hope to come back soon. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay

I leave only the best impressions about the apartment in the center of Kiev! The location is just perfect – everything is nearby: shops, cafes, metro and the main attractions of the city. And most importantly, with parking, which is very important if you are by car. The apartment is clean, cozy. The furniture is comfortable, appliances work flawlessly. I especially liked that there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, from dishes to high-speed Internet. The owner is friendly, answered all questions and helped with any nuances. The experience after the stay was great, I will definitely come back here again! Would recommend to anyone who appreciates comfort and convenient location.
