Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kyiv Oblast

In short, I liked everything at all. Lovely getaway. Now if not for short. And here, and in the reviews on the gygle, there are certain disadvantages in the opinion of vacationers. I noticed some of these "flaws", some did not. At least in May, no one bitten us from the bees, although the bumblebees flew - apparently the owners cleaned the bee's nest, so you don't have to worry. There was water, the hut was spoiled for us, the mattresses are comfortable. I went to relax in the village and I got a rustic getaway. Quiet, the sounds of birds and livestock, an incredible sky that can't happen in big cities. The child was delighted, because there is an opportunity to run around the yard with a water gun, there is a hammock in the hut, there is a fire pit, there is a chair from which he almost did not fly, there is a staircase and a second floor. Yes, the stairs are quite steep, but there were no falls (son is 6 years old). There are mosquitoes, ants, some dust in the hut, but I would be surprised if it was not there, because it is a village and a house with a furnace. There is a store nearby, the park has already worked for the weekend. The people around are lovely - came in with the neighbor to pet the goat:)

Great house to relax and reboot. Value for money is great! The house has a sauna and hot tub, which is cool. You can sit by the fire in the fireplace, you can outdoors, you can go to a local restaurant. The food is delicious, the service is quick and customer-oriented. You can park inside a protected area. I have the best experience, I recommend it!

Cozy and comfortable house. Nice area around. Has everything you need for a great holiday. The host of the house is very friendly, helped us with all questions. We were extremely satisfied with our stay here!

The house is as described, everything is chic, clean, cozy, quiet. Expensive, rich) Near the lake. As for me, it's a little expensive. Recommended

Great house. Lots of dishes, there are board games, internet. A comfortable place to spend your holiday. Serhii kept in touch with communication all the time. There were problems with heating, which were quickly resolved, I am very grateful for it) Allowed to leave the house later than the specified time)

Had a great stay. It was clean 🧼 and just as described. It was slightly difficult to navigate the constant power outage due to the war but the place was great. Would not recommend booking when it’s really hot, as the location is right under the roof and gets really hot. With the frequent power outage the AC doesn’t have enough time to cool down the place.

I had an outstanding experience at Svitlana’s flat! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that a lot of care had gone into making this space welcoming and comfortable. The flat was spotless and thoughtfully decorated, with everything I could need to feel right at home. The cozy atmosphere, combined with comfortable furniture and well-maintained amenities, made my stay exceptionally pleasant. What stood out the most was Svitlana’s exceptional hospitality. She was always quick to respond to any questions or requests and went out of her way to offer helpful recommendations for local spots to visit. Her attentiveness made me feel valued and at ease throughout my stay. The location of the flat was also perfect, providing easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation while still being in a quiet, relaxing area. Whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure, I can’t recommend Svitlana and her beautiful flat highly enough.

If I were to create an AirBnB, I would want it to be like this. If you plan a long stay, I have two words for you... "clothes dryer" (not common in Ukrainian AirBnBs). There are plenty of places to eat nearby and you can walk to the city center in about 25 minutes. It isn't close to the Metro but the area is very walkable, or call and Uklon. One of the best AirBnBs I have ever stayed in anywhere. I can't think of a thing it was missing and it's like new. The price is well worth it when you consider there is security and parking included. Unless you are looking for something really cheap, you should stay here.
