Cozy, old house in idyllic area, but still centrally located. Cheerful host who went a long way to arrange for us.

The cottage is all with all the comforts and very comfortable. The hosts, Hans and Annelene are very hospitable and we got tips for places to visit in the area. We'd love to come back to discover more of this beautiful area.

Recommended. We had a great time, four adults in three of the rooms.

This was a last-minute choice when we realized we would be too slow in reaching our destination for the day. Iselin saved the day by responding quickly and offing her wonderful place. We had an amusing misunderstanding when the Airbnb translation service converted part of the street name to an English word and made it impossible to find in mapping software. But Iselin kindly guided us by phone and all was well. This is a beautiful and spacious place, but we arrived late and left early so we didn't get to enjoy it for long.

We (6 people) stayed here for a weekend at the end of September. The goal of the weekend trip was Gaustatoppen; but we chose to stay here (some distance from Rjukan) just because of the place's peculiarity. And the place lived up to expectations; a home with historical buzz, but at the same time all modern amenities. Beyond the joy of living in a cultural monument, we especially appreciated the nice fireplace with sofa in front; and not least the huge dining table and feeling of sitting in a large room, but at the same time intimate and cozy. Thank you for a great stay, we would love to come back.

What a fun visit - my daughter (7) said it was the best place she's ever stayed in. For any family with a child/ren that like animals, this is a great choice. Horses, sheep, goats, chickens - so much fun. And Linda, although busy with her own ranch work, was so kind to our daughter - letting her ride both Hugo and Udo on a few different occasions. This was easily the highlight of her Norwegian vacation and she had a hard time leaving. The house was clean, extremely well appointed - there isn't much to do close by - but we knew that going in. There were a number of fun activities within an hour drive. Linda was responsive and communication was easy. 10/10 would recommend for anyone with kids and looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Big and nice apartment. Looked just like the photos. Very nice that all the members of the family could join🐕. The bed in the master bedroom was really comfy. We enjoyed the evening in the nice living room. Quiet side street. Easy to check in. The landlord responded to messages right away and was very service minded. Great experience, recommend renting from Vegard!

very convenient little apartment we were a couple with a kid and it was great. the apartment is right next to the children's slopes not too far from the skicenter a little noisy in the evening until 10pm 10:30 pm with the children shouting outside and class in the hallways geir Anders was very responsive and friendly!

I stayed in Marit's home for one month with my husband and dogs and we did not want to leave! We were there from mid October through November and it was easy to keep the home warm and cozy on cold days. It was a perfect getaway with everything we needed including a washer and dryer and lots of cooking supplies. My husband worked throughout the trip and the wifi worked great. There were lots of scenic walks close by and a nice beach at the fjord a 5 minute walk from the house. The home is in a neighborhood of beautiful cabins and a 5 minute drive from Vradal's city center which has a hotel with a restaurant, a grocery store, and shops that are open during the summer. The close-by city Kviteseid has a fast car charger, a cafe open during autumn and winter, and a larger grocery store. We are hoping to return sometime soon to Marit's home. It made us fall in love with Norway!

We as a family had a nice week, the house was new and everything was present. Would definitely recommend renting this hytte in the beautiful area of Vradal.

Lovely, spacious and cozy cabin, with only 150 meters to the ski lifts. There was everything in the cabin, and you felt right at home. Henrik is a great host, with a well-done information material, and it allows you to figure it all out.

We are very to have stayed here. So nice to connect to nature and enjoy this cabin house. So cozy with the fireplace and beautiful beams. The area is beautiful near a lake where we went on a little stroll with a wooden boat. Nice!!! Perfect place to read books take a swimm in the lake and hike. The centre of Fyresdal has a nice cafe Hvelvet. Good coffee and cinnamon rolls

The place was very quiet and cozy. You could relax very well and also spend a rainy day in the accommodation. Communication was always quick, helpful and friendly. Because the previous guest hadn't cleaned up, there was direct reimbursement from the host.

This was a lovely little cabin with everything you need. Charming and authentic with location in a small tuna right by Seljord.

The cabin on the mountain ear is wonderful. The view will take a great look. A few meters behind the cabin begins a spectacular nature with a great hiking trail. The cabin itself is very well-equipped, tastefully decorated and super cozy. Sri is always easy to reach and very helpful. Our stay was beautiful.
