Vacation rentals with lake access in Kvinnherad Municipality

We had a lovely time staying at the property. Everything was there that we needed. The accommodation is quiet and nicely furnished. In the village there is a supermarket with bakery, a gas station and other shopping facilities.

There were two of us for about 1 week in the lovingly renovated Skolehus of Mette and Jan. Like the other vacationers, we find the location directly on the Sund with the fascinating view unique! Special thanks also to Mette for the tips to explore the area and the friendliness. The house is extremely clean and really nicely decorated. The outdoor facilities (2 wooden terraces: one directly on the house and in addition one at the bottom directly on the water) are also very nice. We keep the Skolehus in our hearts!

A hidden gem, the kind of place you don’t want to write a review about, to make jt. carefully kept secret. Hosts were nice; very kind and relaxed. Breakfast was awesome.

A quiet and clean house, and if you love vintage, this is the place! Furniture, building technology and dishes are testimonials of the 1960s/70s and older...No TV and no wifi, as mentioned in the listing. The place is about 3 kilometers away, there is a supermarket , flower shop and harbor.

We had a lovely stay at the house. Very peaceful location and walking distance to the fjord and kayaks. Beautiful view from the house of the fjord. The house was very well equipped and spacious. Very responsive host.

Excellent host who would highly recommend. Quick response and very pleasant to deal with. We were there on a business trip and Madelen really made everything possible for us. If you need accommodation at Halsnøy, this is where you will go :)

We had wonderful stay at Kari and Edmund house. It felt as home. Cosy, clean, everything available in kitchen, bathroom, living room. So complete. Nice view of lake. If you like peace, nature and hiking this is the place to be. Kari is a very nice host.

Very friendly, and especially service minded when we missed the planned ferry.

We spent 5 days in a quiet, picturesque area, views of the lake at sunrise and sunset, and even the view of the glacier - priceless. The apartment was well-equipped, the kitchen was lovely tableware and all the necessary appliances. The heated floor worked wonderfully.

We really enjoyed staying at Svein's apartment. The communication was easy and fast. At our request, a private boat was provided in the fjord for fishing. The environment in Sævareid is very quiet, there is a shop and many hiking opportunities. Due to its close distance to Bergen it can be reached quickly. Svein was very kind and gave us tips for activities to do. We can totally recommend staying at this apartment. Thanks for the stay! :)

What a fantastic place and a fantastic host. It feels like home from the first moments. The accommodation is arranged in a very cozy way. It feels good and like a cocoon. GEIR is also very helpful and has easy contact. He even offered me help while I was servicing my motorcycle. Homes like this and hosts like that, we're asking for more ...! 👌

I am very happy with my stay here. It was very well arranged and it was easy to figure out the practicalities. The hosts had clear information digitally and inside the apartment, and I had a pleasant stay. Recommended!
